This is a small family owned dealership near Koreatown in Los Angeles. I can’t say enough about the quality of service I received and the fair transparent pricing. I found my car online and it was already a considerable discount. James the VP there not only sent me a very transparent breakdown of final pricing with no hidden costs or fees, he also drove it to me in Pasadena for a test drive as I had no car at the moment to get to his location. Buying a car can be a headache and Win motors made it a breeze. I left there feeling like I had been treated fairly, got a great deal on my car, and saved a ton of time! I’m all for soliciting small businesses and this definitely counts in that category! He may be a small dealership without hundreds of cars but if you can find the car you want on his lot, you’re guaranteed to be treated fairly and get a great deal!

This business is in a special category of its own. In a city where having a car means dealing with all the attendant costs and maintenance I'm so grateful to have found Ki Kim, who's alleviated much of the work and headaches involved. Not only have I been able to sell TWO cars at very competitive prices, Ki helped me lease a brand new Civic for a better deal than I could find anywhere else. As a female, I'm always hyper-aware of upsells and mansplaining; however, I appreciated the straight-talk, clarity on numbers and stellar customer service from A to Z in each of the 3 transactions. Also, this may sound corny but one of the cars I sold (a Camry) had much sentimental value, but I know that in Win Motors' hands it was well cared-for and ultimately ended up with the right owner. Thank you so much to Ki and the staff!

I had a wonderful experience at Win Motors of Los Angeles. I am used to large dealerships catering to my needs from the large inventory to choose from and great customer service. However, James Lin from Win Motors exceeded my expectations. I researched the car which pointed to Win Motors. At first, I was hesitant for I never purchased a vehicle outside a large franchised dealership. From the moment I spoke to James on a Saturday evening, he went out of his way to meet me the following day even though they were closed. After the test drive to the financials, the whole ordeal took just over an hour. Typically, a car transaction usually takes 4-6 hours because of the hassling over details. James and Win Motors have my endorsement and will be coming back. With a large inventory and great customer service, you will find you what are looking for! Thank you James and Win Motors!

Total opposite of what I expected from a used car dealership! Very straight forward and honest. Price was excellent. Months after I bought the van they found an extra key/ fob and mailed it to me. I'll be buying another car soon and will be combing through their inventory when the time comes.

I used Win Motors to sell my car and had a great experience. After inputting the information on their website, I got a quote in seconds. The next day, a representative named Art came to my home to check the vehicle, complete the sale and drive away with it. Very painless. The price I got was more than Carmax as well, but obviously not top retail value, since they are a business and need to earn a markup for their efforts too. Would recommend for anyone looking to sell their car.
