I moved into one of their properties a few months ago. I wish I would’ve known how unhelpful and dismissive the property managers are. They will hide and coward from their responsibilities, unless you hunt them down. Be warned, explore all your options.

The worst management company. They are very slow in answering tenant emails. No resident managers. It's like they exist solely to collect rents. Laughing at the 5 star reviews. Must have been posted by relatives of the company.

I have had a few maintenance issues that have needed addressing. Avi, my building manager, has always resolved these issues promptly and provided excellent communication along the way. His level of service has provided an enjoyable living experience.
