Will was super attentive, identified my car’s issues, and had things fixed quickly. Even showed me the parts he replaced and explained in detail what the problems were. Advised for future repairs too. I will definitely be keeping him as my go-to.

Had to go in to change out my alternator (after the previous shop I went failed to test it) Will was very mindful about the possible problems and fully tested anything else that might've been an issue. Fair pricing with quality parts and he was done in about two hours. Definitely recommend to anyone in the DTLA area. Will be going again for any future repairs. Keep up the great work guys!

I've taken my Jeep to Will several times now and would drive across town to continue doing so. He's extremely knowledgable and skilled and once fixed what even a Jeep specialist could not. He's also very honest and will tell you if don't need something or are better off going to a specialist (transmission in my case). He'll even call around to try to get intel if he can't help. Very fair prices. There's a reason he has all 5 stars. If you have any issues, start here.

Will is the real deal.Outstanding Customer Service: He was upfront and honest about what services he could provide me. He made it known what his specialties were, but he wasn't afraid to try and tackle problems outside of his expertise (unlike some shops where they would hide this knowledge from the customer). Down to earth and friendly.Fair Pricing: Standing side by side with the more mainstream Auto Repair Services, it's almost laughable how much they charge compared to Will.Flexible Schedule: I called Will, and in the next half hour, my car was in his shop being worked. Unlike some shops with long lead times, 2 weeks in advance appointments only. (Looking at you, dealership service centers)All in all, great experience I would recommend it to anyone looking to repair an issue before going anywhere else.

I needed brakes front and back and I need rotors front and back , will's auto repair did it very fast done in less 2hours and very very great price. Shop was clean and bright , no problems. I definitely recommend to anyone and will definitely bring my car back for any issues . I have a 2019 Honda accord sport , thank you for your time :)

great spot! got my brakes & rotors replaced on super short notice, & they threw in an oil change at cost. fast, efficient, communicative, and they showed me the parts they replaced to confirm they needed replacing. will definitely come back again
