My fitness journey started here and it was great at first. Fitness classes was fun but after a quarter of coming here you'll familiarize certain invalidating critical character of the people managing this place. There are still kind and genuine staff but some are just sometimes too much.

Never clean, never has paper towels, management is very rude and unresponsive. I see they took down my last review as well.

Unfortunately I have to bring down my rating. Which is a shame because I love going here. The sink in the men's bathroom has been broken for two weeks.. They remediate this by putting hand sanitizer but I'd prefer a working sink

Three times in the last couple months, I've had my workouts cut short because they shortened their hours. I paid for a year up front to save money, and because the gym had hours and amenities that I felt were worth it, but now they're changing that stuff up and I'm getting less than what I agreed to pay for. I have to do my workouts late in the evenings due to my schedule, but now hours are cut short out of nowhere, and the only notification of that change is a piece of printer paper with tiny text taped to the front door. Yall have your members' email addresses and my phone numbers, dude... Why wouldn't management notify their customers of this change? First it was Saturdays closing at 9pm instead of the original 11pm close, and Sunday at 7pm instead of 11pm. I had to leave early twice due to these changes. Now, two months later, they've shortened their Saturday hours again to close at 8pm, and I have to cut my workout short again. This isn't the product that was promised when I paid up front. Additionally, management completely discontinued their program of providing towels to their customers. They claim it's because customers are stealing towels. Nice, blame your customers for the fact that you're too cheap to continue a service you advertised. Employees have told me straight up that management is too cheap to pay for their wages and for the towels, and that that's why hours are changing and towels are gone. That much is pretty obvious but it was validating to get the confirmation. So yeah, another cheap business owner trying to preserve their personal profit at the expense of their underpaid employee's hours, and of their customer's experience. Wilfit, do better! And reimburse me for a chunk of my annual membership fee!

Terrible gym. Good workers but you can tell management doesnt care. Manager is always flirting with girls (they are often uncomfortable) and will give you trouble if you try to say anything. Supplies are always out most importantly sanitary materials. Everything is broken for years on end. I wish there was another gym closer to me

Chronically broken equipment. Always late to open. Management is rude and terrible. Trying to terminate the contract is a nightmare as well. 4 stars? They DEFINITELY buy reviews lol

What was once the best gym in ktown has severely deteriorated over the years. I've been going here for over 5 years but I've had enough and there are many others who share the same sentiment. Just read the most recent reviews of this gym for example. Not sure where to start but their machines are ALWAYS broken and they do not fix it. Their cable machines have been broken for well over a year now and instead of fixing it they placed two large speakers to blast music. I guess if you have no plans on fixing things just cover it up with music? Lol Their stair masters have been broken for over a year now as well. I believe only 2 are working but they break down quite often. You can tell it's on its last legs just by hearing how badly it squeaks. Same goes for a lot of their treadmills. Their bathrooms are quite dirty and their soap dispensers are disgusting. At one point the soap dispensers had a ton of mold around the cap area which was not a pleasant sight. Not only that but when they fill their soap up and they HEAVILY dilute it with water..so when you pump it out it doesn't even resemble soap. It's basically water. It's really a reflection of the dirtiness of the gym. There might also be times they close randomly and without notice. Imagine driving 20 minutes to the gym only to find out they are closed for maintenance. You'd think the gym would email their members to notify them right? Nope, instead they make you find out on your own by going there. Worst part is you're stuck paying for parking since they're not open to validate it. It's basic customer service and they lack it. Lastly they completely stopped offering towel service. That was a huge perk of this gym but they've since discontinued it all while charging members the same rate if not more. This is gonna make things even more filthy m as many people I've seen don't bring their own towels nor do they wipe down the machines. I could go on and on about how this gym is severely poorly managed but I think you get the gist of it. You can tell they have cut major costs and don't care about cleanliness or the availability of their machines. I strongly suggest you stay away and find a different gym.

standards of this place have been declining and declining. WAS, hence WAS, one of the best gyms in ktown overlapping 24hr fitness but now can say they are at level to each other. many things such as the amenities of this place are now gone. towel service is no longer a thing now and they always run out of paper leaving us with nothing to clean machines or benches. another thing that gets annoying is that there is always random leaking coming the 1st floor ceiling. i understand that things happen in a building but if this thing happens often then it should be your responsibility as a business to fix them properly. they really have us thinking that its normal for a gym to be leaking dirty water. i still dont understand the high priced membership cost for this kind of service. they should lower their prices to make it fair for everyone thats at a loss when equipment is broken. one thing that this gym can promise you atleast 5 pieces of broken equipment. they see that its the same machines breaking down, so why do they choose to buy more of that same brand. lastly the management of this place is all over the place. you see them running around working out while operating hours are happening and when the place gets busy. i understand if they want to workout but they should focus on bigger things in the business. this place had no way of direction but only go up from here. hope things change for the better

I started my membership at Wilfit at the beginning of 2023. I really liked it at first but recently I've seen the cleanliness take a complete nosedive. I'm convinced that management is trying to get away with spending as little money as possible keeping this place clean. I'm always noticing the same grimy spots and the same dust bunnies in the men's locker room. I used to see a cleaning person in the morning all the time, but I haven't seen her for months. This place is also constantly running out of sanitary wipes, and even went so far as to completely remove the wipe dispenser in the upstairs cardio area. They're also always running out of paper towels, and recently I was told that management decided to stop leaving them out because they were running out of them too quickly. They're leaving their members with no way to clean the machines unless they bring wipes from home and they're not cleaning the gym themselves. Machines are often out of order as well. It's very common for me to go into the gym in the morning and see several treadmills with out of order signs taped to them. There have been several times when I've tried to use a treadmill only to discover that it wasn't working. Members are supposed to be able to use hand towels provided by the gym as part of our memberships as well. Recently they discontinued this service. Buddy passes were introduced at the end of may, which I was excited about, but then they were removed at the end of August, only a few months later. This may be a minor gripe but the gym also doesn't open until 9am on the weekend, which seems late to me. This means that I basically never use the gym on the weekend. I'm an early riser and like to already be getting on with my day by 9am. Unless they start seriously fixing these problems I'm not going to renew my membership. Looking back at previous reviews, it looks like they've been dealing with these same issues on and off for years.

I been visit this gym ever since this gym just got newly open back in almost 10 years ago, and I always thought and felt that this is my home gym or more like hometown that seeing my gym buddies and enjoying all my memories of working out. However, I decided that what I have to say then I need to say it to inform others to consider one more time before sign up an annual membership or long term membership to stuck inside of contract that may lead to regret. Pro - Good Points -Location- This gym located a center of Korea town so much easier to get access for those people who may living in center of Korea town or near neighborhood. -Parking- It is 3 floors parking structure that located right next to the gym building so a lot more of convenience to access. Con - Bad Points -Facility- This gym been using same machine and same facilities maybe more than decade so a lots of wears and tears. Also, no maintenance at all. Sometimes non of treadmills were not working or broken, sometimes then other machines were broken. Staffs informing to members that exchanging parts are under waiting so please be patients. However, my question is this. Let's say some machine is broken more than a few months, then isn't it more better to replace to the new machine? isn't this why we are paying for some price of membership fee? Just putting a sign, some sort of rubber band to tie the pad around, or putting some weird color pads on leg press machine aren't professional maintenance service or none of worthy action for what all members paying to you guys. Whenever I go to the restroom, I smell very strong urine odor. 1st floor and 2nd floor all same. Are you cleaning restroom any chance? or just letting them no cleaning? Every time I try to go inside, just need to stop breeding and try to finish what I have to do so fast. -Service / Professionalism / Courtesy- I think some user already mentioned about provided towel. Whenever, I visiting, sometimes, towel is available and some other times are not. Is it too expensive for you to make an enough towel? or just to lazy to put them in laundry machine? Please don't be cheap. All members are not paying pennis for their membership. To staff, manager, and trainer, please smile and greet the members. We are going there to work out happy and leave with happy pumped feeling. You guys are some sort of robot, always angry. What made you guys angry, because too many members are visiting? or just too much work? Do you even know about occupation professionalism? Do you aware where you are working? Stop checking some what your youtube or instagram posting and start to think about how to improve the service. -Personal Training Service- Maybe I am wrong or some what misunderstood of way of the training service but wanted to share few things. Whenever, seeing the personal trainers training the members, they are too much talking. Perhaps, trainers are not aware of time. Members, especially, PT program members, they are paying expensive amount of fee to receive some sort of special service from you guys. Please be valuable for what they are paying. Some of times, I can't believe why they are teaching the PT clients in their way. Do you even know the definition of word call "ROM - range of motion"? whenever we are training the muscle, we need to activate full range of motion to feel the all contraction however, seems not really caring of this part lol!!!! Some of the trainers are teaching the clients that same ways as they train themselves. Do you know or ask this very important question to the PT client "What is your fitness goal?" Every PT clients are having different "Fitness Goal", some of them are looking for weight loss, some are for muscle gain, or some just want to learn about how to workout. Every fitness goal need to approach different way of training, not just applying same training method. Some of times, especially, night time. They are training their friends for free. Well, I do not mind of you guys training your friends if they need your help, howeve

I've been coming to this gym on and off for a couple years. From reading other reviews, it sounds like there is new ownership. I like Wilfit but not sure if the new owners are going to run the kind of gym I'm used to and that I'm willing to pay $60+ a month for. Specifically: - I was told my membership included one towel per visit. The last few months there have been no towels and even paper towels are out. - why isn't there hot water in the bathroom and showers? - the gym used to be much cleaner. I go to the gym very early when it opens and there are still Starbucks cups in the stair climber cup holders. That's gross. Please have regular cleaning like you did before. My membership expires soon and I'm not sure if I'll be renewing. I don't mind paying more if it's worth it but at this point, I don't know if Wilfit is much better than 24 hour which is much cheaper. Please new management, take care of your members the way Wilfit has in the past

I visited this gym on the 27th - Jenny the manager was kind enough to to give me a trial run. I was unclear of the terms and the trial had expired on Monday. On the 31st I arrived and the front desk employee, Ronald Shin was absolutely the most rude and unmannerly individual. I always give everyone the benefit of the doubt, however, this interaction was so unpleasant. For example in part of our interaction he rolled his eyes and scoffed as he asked for my phone number. I have never been so appalled by someone's behavior. As an influencer, I had half a thought to post to my followers. But I am not looking to ruin anyones business, however it would be in the business' best interest to re-train this young man to prevent deterring any more new clientele.

Not a good experience at all.The owner John yells at his staff constantly. The other day he was yelling at this old Hispanic lady that cleans there from across the gym to bring him something to him, just crazy hysterically, and as she brought it he started swearing at her saying that was the wrong cart or something like that. She seemed very scared. This guys seems like a terrible person. Also, often times they have inconsistent opening hours with no prior notice. You go to the gym and it’s suddenly closed, as well as many machines not working while you paying A LOT.Don’t go to this gym, you’ll be wasting your money and time.
