Words will be short to describe the bad customer service at this place the lady is super rude she doesn’t like to help with anything you ask something to her and her answer are rude or she will say she doesn’t know. At the end l told her why you are rude she said well not because l work here means that l will know everything but really it was just 2 simple questions l asked. Store is nice they have a lot of stuff nice beautiful things for birthdays but don’t waist time asking the Hispanic lady. I will never come back to this store l like to respect people end their jobs but as a customers we also deserve good treatment end respect. This place will lost a lot of customers if this lady keeps working there.

I came here Saturday afternoon (1/14/23) after lunch with the bosses, I was looking for peach blossoms silk flowers for my Chinese New Year decorations and found this store on Yelp. I didn't realize I was looking at the pictures from 6 years ago, didn't have my reading glasses on lol. Is a big store with lots of crafts to make like baby shower, graduation, weddings, birthdays, etc. but not too big of a selection of silk flowers. They have a large quantity of Victorian roses ( pastel colors), different color roses and other flowers but not the ones I'm looking for but I did find something there. I found 1 red color peach blossom with 7 branches in the clearance box, there were some other Christmas flowers, 2 red ball of roses and some other discontinued items. The box had a sign$2.99 on it. Originally was $4.99, it was crossed out and they wrote $2.99. I told the cashier lady that I found it there, she said it didn't go there, it was in the wrong place. When I walked in, I was the only customer there and the 2 ladies was stocking and cleaning the store. That cashier was right next to the flowers. I didn't want to argue over $4.99 so I just paid for it with some other flowers and left. The store is right on the corner, there's like 4 parking space in between the alley, is better to park on the street.

Oh, everything is very nice to decorate for parties, everything is fine, what they need is a little more attention. To the clients who don't help much, they seem to be angry, that's not good, businesses live off the client, remember.

A bit over priced, compared to some stores in downtown la. It says parking in rear but signs say only unloading parking. Limited selection of ribbon
