This the worst pharmacy that I have ever been a client at. The technicians are rude and all need to be fired. They have no customer service skills, or how to deal with people with medical issues. First they have no restroom key or assessment., even though they dispense water pills and laxatives to people who maybe prescribed those things and must have to frequently use the restroom. My thing with them started couple of months ago when my Pain Management doctor prescribed me some pain medication that they refused to fill. And rudely told me to find another pharmacy to fill that prescription. I drove around Los Angeles for hours, days and weeks trying to get this prescription filled, not to mention the severe pain I am experiencing in my back and left side of my body where I had a stroke in 2021. No pain treatment meds the whole month I have to deal with this pain and endure this pain as best as I could. Now they don't have a problem filling prescription s for my primary doctor, my kidney doctor or my diabetes doctor.. but Friday 6/28th I had an appointment with Pain Management doctor. He wrote me a prescription for a lower dosage pain medication called Narcos and Gabapintin for nerve pain. The prescription was sent to White Memorial pharmacy and they sent it back so I called and spoke with someone named Viviian. After a long back and forth with her and the pharmacist, he finally agreed to have them send back the script and that he would fill it. Monday I picked up the prescription to find that only the Gabapintin was filled. When I questioned it and talked to pharmacist. He denied everything he said Friday. Then another lady got on the phone, telling me that they can only fill 7 days of the prescription not the 30 days that my doctor wrote the prescription for. She told me if thats not good enough that I can find another pharmacy. On top of dealing with all my medical issues. I have to deal with deal with these people bad attitudes, and them trying to control the narrative of medications my doctors legitimately prescribed to me, I am worst off and very stressed out and in severe pain and at loss. Dealing with these people that works at White Memorial Pharmacy. They all need customer service patient handling training, they are evil people to treat sick people like that!

Believe the negative reviews on here. I have center greater care in doing a job well from DMV employees: they could not be clearer that they have zero interest in serving their patients or actively doing their job.

This review is for the pharmacy and the pharmacy ONLY. I know nothing about the hospital. Let me say first off that I am absolutely shocked at the number of negative reviews from White Memorial Pharmacy. I don't get it It, I really don't. Having said that, I was lucky enough to come across this pharmacy that carried a particular medication that was difficult to find. I had ALOT of questions on this specific medication and found it necessary to have multiple telephone calls. I originally started working with *** MARILU ***, so I stuck with her. Pharmacist, by definition, are very busy people and they have to juggle a tremendous amount of information, deal with a lot of people and most important are dealing with very very critical, need to know what you're doing, medication. Not exactly information you want to be misinformed on! As I mentioned it was necessary for me to have at least four or five conversations with her over a period of days and each and every time she was extremely nice, very professional, very knowledgeable, but most of all she was very patient, never got annoyed with all of my questions, and honestly and sincerely exhibited a desire to really and truly help me. Above and beyond call of duty and of any expectation I would have dealing with a pharmacy. And if she did not know the answer to a question she had no problem saying give me a minute I'll get the answer for you right away. Bottom line I just received outstanding service from her and her staff! Unfortunately, that pharmacy is just too far away from me but it would've been nice to be able to stop by one day and thank her in person. After my business was concluded with her I asked her to transfer me to her manager David, I even praised her to him which I think is important. And now I praise her and them to you. That's all I have to say other than thank you again.

Probably one of the worst hospitals I've ever been too.. It seemed like everyone was clueless to everything I was asking when I arrived.. strict no entry into hospital if you weren't vaccinated.. need to have a negative COVID test 48-hrs in advance.. from what my mom was saying nurse in charge on drawing blood played pin cushion with her arm and just seemed to keep her their longer than necessary Stay far from this place. Def. Do not Recommend!

I don't understand why this pharmacy has 2 stars honestly I've never had better service anywhere.. it's a busy place for a reason the pharmacist care and they take their time when checking your medication. Never had a bad experience and have been coming to this pharmacy for 3 years now . If you want good service white memorial is the place to be

Excellent, excellent service, if you need great help EVERYONE go ask for the lady at the drop off window. She is honestly the best of the best, super friendly and welcoming, always helping me with any issues with my grandma's medicine.

I waited outside for one hour because they failed to inform their change of service timesSo their hours of operation sat sat from 8am to 1:45pmHowever they decided to change that to 9am to 2pmBut the only sign to let customers know needs to be plugged in and that doesn’t happen until someone finally shows up at 9

Busy pharmacy, but when they answer the phone you get someone knowledgeable and they fill prescriptions very quickly. For simple, basic meds you can save a few $ by standing in line for 2 hours at Walgreens. But for my atypical specialty meds I keep returning to White Memorial Pharmacy because they inspire my confidence and their individualized service is far superior to the chain pharmacies.

Beware! This pharmacy charged me $200 for medication that I later discovered only costs about $30 at other pharmacies. Price gouging people with health problems. Unconscionable.

Another person left a similar review - pay attention to the pattern. I was also put into a queue when I called THREE times - each time the message that plays while you're on hold assures you "how much they care about your business", how many people are ahead of you, and about how long you will be on hold. Doesn't sound bad, right. Until... you get to 3rd or 4th in line, then someone picks up the phone, does not respond if you say "hello" (and you can hear the voices in the call center) and you are promptly hung up on. One time can be a mistake, three times is purposeful. I try to apply the ignorance or incompetence rule before assuming anything nefarious - so this is likely sheer incompetence. Why do business with a company that strives to be incompetent? Rhetorical, I know.

I've been going to White Memorial Pharmacy recently and it's been a good experience. The staff is "very" helpful and friendly. The pharmacists go well and beyond in providing needed information.

Big rip off here for COVID med. they are taking advantage of people big time. No insurance accepted for COVID med (ivermectin and hydroxy wanted 295 dollars)

I have a prescription for medications for covid. They will not call back and there phone system disconnects every time. You'll sit on hold and then sometimes in 5 min or sometimes 10 it'll just hang up. I've left a message and no call back. Lets hope the covid doesnt kill us because we are without this medication.

Do not use! Scam artist! They have a pharmacy policy to underdose your prescriptions and not give what was prescribed. I was prescribed a pill quantity of 55 and they gave me 25. They claim I was only issued 5. Then why would you give me 25?? Scam. Do not use these guys. Also don't try to talk to the managers because you will be left on hold. They should not be in business. Complete scammers.
