Rick is hands down, the nicest, friendliest guy. I'm not too sure on the exact tenure, but he's for sure been there for well over 20+ years! Knowledgeable, friendly, and flat out awesome, the store's been there for over 20+ years, and it's a true/old school gem of a shop. I don't take my racquets anywhere else!
