I was looking to make a pharmacy change I had called before my doctor phoned in medicine and they insured me that it was in stock. Then proceeded to have me wait 40 minutes before stating the medication was back ordered? Not only that the women pharmacist was extremely rude she claimed she also would not order my other medication.

No ability to actually speak to someone at the pharmacy. The phone number takes you to a message that says to leave your name, Rx#, and your prescriptions will be ready the next day, and the only option is to leave a voicemail and hope someone will call you back. I have questions about a new prescription, so I don't have an Rx number, I don't know if they have received it, don't know if they have the medication in stock... have no intention of driving all the way there unless I know my Rx will actually be ready and available.

As a healthcare professional it's hard not to evaluate healthcare organizations using a microscope. This pharmacy is ran by most the professional and dedicated Doctor of Pharmacy and the rest of the staff follows his lead. Frequently I overhear conversations between staff and the patients filled with concern and willingness to do anything to help.

They have amazing people working at this pharmacy. Whenever I call, they have my order ready within the time promised. Pharmacist Ron, Angel and Victoria always go above and beyond. They are always courteous and actually answer their calls when you call them. Highly recommended!!

Pharmacists and staff have been very kind and helpful. They've been very responsive and have been able to fill my prescriptions and communicate with prescribing physicians in a timely manner. They've been very accommodating even on short notice with refills.

Charged a $15 administration fee collected at pharmacy for the flu shot even though covered by 2 insurances and Medicare. Go to Rite-Aid, no charge!

Holy crap I really wish we went anywhere else but this disaster. It took over an hour to get shots here. Was it crowded? No. Was there a line? Not when we arrived. Did they know the the family was waiting in the car? Absolutely.

I have always had my prescription delivered , because it is within 4 miles from the store it was always free. Yet on my latest refilled the pharmacist quoted the amount billed on my debit card without including a delivery charge of $7.50. When I called and ask why they charged this time and did not tell me in the amount billed, they lied and said they always charged. I don't like when people are not honest.

THIS BUSINESS IS CLOSED ON JEWISH HOLIDAYS! This should be noted. On Yom Kippur, there was no sign in the window. It's only because the security desk was staffed, that I got the answer, and having to show up the next day, was told they leave a message on their phone that they'll be closed. Granted, "holiday" means "holy day" but didn't it used to be that, on such days, one person would volunteer to be there, to see to the needs of the customers? You rarely see that now. It's the only thing I don't like about this business. They're very professional, and easily reached using the Big Blue Bus R12 line, located across from Stein Eye Center on Westwood Blvd.
