Don't even bother going into this store. I went into this store looking for an electrical socket to fix a lamp. I'm not a professional electrician, so I had to explain what I needed. The older man working the counter was very rude. I told him what I wanted and as he was out of sight I said, "The short kind", he remarked back, you'll take what I give you! I just laughed and realized that this guy was a jerk. Don't waste your time with this place!

They're ok. Not the best supply house but sometimes they're the closest, doesn't mean they'll have what you're looking for though. There's a few others I'd recommend before this place, as an electrician, but in this area the traffic can be so bad you may not want to go to those other places.

These guys are the bomb! They have everything you would need and then some! Manuel was very knowledgeable and helpful to find a replacement LED step light.

I was there exactly at 17:01 to change a part that I bought at 14:30 which was given falsely by the store.The Guy who opened the door told me that they are closed already and can't do anything about it.I was like " Man come on it has been only one minute past and this part is vital for me to open for my restaurant tomorrow"He once again said that they are closed and won't do anything to change that small part. I guess some people are just born bad so if you want to avoid such people and an awful customer service do not ever go to this store.I sure won't step my foot ever again.

Come here pretty frequently. All the employees are pretty nice and very helpful. Also who doesn't love free bagels and coffee before you begin a work shift.

I tried to replace a defective photocell. I purchased 8pcs and one of them stop working in a month. I went back and was purchasing three additional one and meantime I wanted to have them replace the defective. They treated me like I want to cheat them wit a $14 photocell. Made me feel very disappointed. I'll try to avoid this place.

Ordered a couple of floor outlet covers. Waited. Waited. And waited some more. Finally went online, found out that the order had been cancelled by Westside Wholesale almost two weeks earlier -- but they had not notified us!! They had our email address and phone number - so all they'd of had to do was email or call. Ordered the covers off of Amazon - total cost difference was $6 more; and I'll have the outlet covers in ONE day!! I do not recommend Westside Wholesale - no customer service.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DUMP. The Manager or whoever was "helping me" was a giant p**** off the bat. Customer service is absolutely horrendous. I can see why this place has 1 star. The manager of the store seems to have some serious anger issues. If you know very little about electrical wiring and installation, they will make you feel it. They belittle you and make you feel like an absolute idiot. I'm talking holding up their hands and treating you like a 5 year old for not understanding what a "neutral wire" on a dimmer switch was. I rarely leave reviews but stay away from this place and the a****** who runs it.

After using at least 50 different local vendors both retail and wholesale, during a big renovation on a historic old home, I have to rate this establishment as the absolute worst place of business I have experience with. The staff is slow and surly. As you place your order, if you have questions you are treated with irritable disdain. When I returned because the fixtures they sold me were incompatible with the tracks I have, they insisted I replace my tracks. When I returned because 2 of the new tracks they sold me were not a color match for the other 2 they sold me, it took 45 minutes of discussion and a backup call to my electrician, to get them to replace those tracks with the correct color match. No apology forthcoming, though it was their mistake. When I returned to exchange the bulbs they sold me, which are incompatible with my light switch, they refused to take them back new in boxes, not would they exchange them for the right bulbs. There are many places to do business in this town, do yourself a huge favor and stay far away from this one. I can only give them 1 star because they do carry a large stock of electrical equipment for lighting.
