I go to this place every month to make my mother’s mortgage payment and I never had an issue nor I never had an issue with the employees they are always friendly and professional but today I didn’t had a good experience. Before me going to one of the windows I see one of the girls in a very bad mood she looked very irritated which I didn’t wanted her to help me. I usually avoid disgruntled employees if I can but I couldn’t. So she helped me during the time of her making the transaction she looked very annoyed at this point I just wanted her to finish up make the payment and for me to leave. Then she asked for my occupation which this was the first time asking for my occupation. I didn’t understand why when the mortgage is not under my name I told her the mortgage is under my mother’s name she said I need her ID# I showed her a picture of my mother’s ID she asked me for my mom’s occupation I told her she receive disability then she still going to ask me again for my occupation still don’t understand why again this is not the first time that I come to this place to make the mortgage payment. She got frustrated because I wouldn’t tell her what’s my occupation. She said that they ask because I’m the one making the payment for me it doesn’t make sense since the past months they never asked me that. Now I don’t know if she wasn’t doing her job correctly since she was being a very disgruntled person. She also started talking in Spanish with the girl next to her I couldn’t hear what she said but if she really thinks I don’t speak Spanish she was wrong. After she gave me the receipt she had the audacity to say to me that I could of just told her my occupation instead of being difficult and she would of been done sooner. I told her before I came to this window you already had an attitude.If your having a bad day take the day off if you don’t like your job go work somewhere else. I don’t care if she had a bad day or dealt with a rude customer or having problems don’t bring that to work. You always have to keep professional I mean you know the type of job your doing and if you cant handle that then go work some where else where your not going to be dealing with people. If not you’re going to be treated the same way you treat people. I never had an issue with her before she has helped me in the past which she was very friendly and professional but today she wasn’t. This girl who helped me her name is Elizabeth.

Bad service. One employee got upset and told her coworker. And didn't even want to help. She asked for my ID and didn't even see pick it up to see it, and said I couldn't send money.

This has been one of the most terrible experience I've ever had !! The lady at the register charged me extra bags and started speaking in English thinking that I wouldn't understand her and when she noticed I understood her she almost screamed at me and was like do you want it or not. I don't recommend this place at all!!

OMG I walked in this store and it smelled like straight rotten meat. I bought a Gatorade and walked right out. LA needs to take a look at this store. The Black and Brown population in this community deserves better. Stay away!

Their produce is ok not that fresh. Their meat smells (stinks) as soon as you enter the store. They don't wash their meat section as they should. Their staff is impolite and bitter. My husband made a huge line and forgot 1 item and asked the same cashier politely if she could ring him up and she quickly said no to stand in line again or she would call security.. really?? I work at a grocery store, he stopped by there because it's closer to home. I was so upset, because I do that with our customers.. why make people wait again if they already waited an hour?? All cashiers look like they want to hang themselves here. No smiles.. need training in customer service or need therapy on all.

One of the worst supermarkets in Los Angeles. They'll have flies all over their produce, lack of staff and poor quality of food. I found a pack of bacon with mold on it.
