I got on Walgreen's website to make an appointment to get a Covid PCR Test because it is a requirement from the country I am flying to (in two days). I am a visitor so I do not have a car. I get to the store in time and they refused to test me because I have to be in a car. I told them that the website has specific writing which states that if I don't have a car, I can go to the pharmacy in store to get tested. The pharmacist told me that she would have to call Walgreen's corporate office to get permission, blah blah blah. It's already 5PM.. who from corporate is going to answer your call? So I said "fine, I'll get a Uber." They can't get their process straight; completely wastes peoples' time and money. Do not go to Walgreens for Covid PCR Test.

The service here continues to be bad. They don't like to help you at this store. Someone could conveniently help you to get something as small as photos and don't. You would think getting a small order of photos would be easy, it's likely easier to get something out of the glass locked case than photos.

Claudia is a life saver in photos! We needed a passport picture but the system was down...she helped edit a picture for us. Very patient and kind! Thank you Claudia, Walgreens is now our store to visit! :)

I have to place the burden of responsibility for the poor service and upkeep on the management- and I'm sure they will blame it on corporate but whatever the case it would be nice to see some improvements. A nice new floor, new shelving units, plants, better lighting fixtures. Check out Bristol Farms' vibe as an example. And there should be a rule that there should never be more than 4 people in the line without bringing up a second or third cashier. Make Walgreens great again!

If I can leave a negative star I would. Why do people chose to work in customer service and have ZERO patience with questions or have the ability to know how to speak to customers ? If you're that irritated by a simple question then you obviously have the wrong job and should go work somewhere you have zero contact with people. The Hispanic woman in the pictures / western Union section of the store that is working Tuesday 10/18/22 12pm is so rude and speaks so disrespectfully when asked a simple question on sending money. SO RUDE , horrible experience !!!!

I've been coming to this Walgreens for years. And throughout the years the service has been declining! Badly!. I waited in the pharmacy drive thru for 25min for them to give me the wrong meds, and they called me saying it was ready for pick up smh.

Pharmacy workers are SLOW. I literally had a woman help me, tell me to hold on then I watched her walk away, grab a coke from the beverage isle and not come back to me. I wish I'd gotten her name. Bc that was rude as hell.

The pharm tech Sierra was extremely helpful. She went above and beyond to help me get exactly what I needed and more. She's very informative about the products. Usually when Im there I get boring staff , staff with no personality and it was very refreshing seeing smiles.

Had my appt for my Covid test at the drive thru at 10am. The petite woman that helped me take the test was kind, and instructions were very easy to follow. Thanks for making the process easy breezy!

Security guard had a terrible attitude and was very rude. His disrespect ruined my entire day. Please hire people who can at the very least be respectful to the paying customers.

The worst customer service ever. COMPLETELY useless & utterly incompetent employees. I come in looking for a product, and this one kid who didn't seem to know where he was but had a Walgreens badge or apron or whatever on, mutters with no eye contact the aisle where I could find it. Nothing. So I notice this rotund woman with braids who was unlocking a cabinet for another patron. I ask her where I could find the product, and she just tells me the aisle number with even less eye contact, as if she's way too busy to help out for a few nanoseconds. Whatever. So now I'm looking for this product, and as I look, I hear a voice a few yards away at the end of the aisle saying "Left, bottom left..." its the same employee! She didn't make herself known, now she's think she's helping by calling down the aisle, all snotty and unearned attitude and zero effort, almost from another section, directions like we're at a claw crane arcade game at Chuck E Cheese trying to hook a stuffed animal prize instead of just grabbing the product for me LIKE SOMEONE WHO WORKS THERE. I still don't see what she's referring to, and when I turn to her to ask her if she can do what she told whoever hired her she can do, she's gone. Didn't even see if I found what I needed. There is no job without customers, so one's first priority IS THE CUSTOMER. You're never too busy to service a customer in a customer-oriented business. I've enough worked customer service jobs, it takes nothing just to do a little due diligence so that the customer can be satisfied and on their way. So of course I walked out and went to the CVS across the street, which isn't that much better, but I'd rather not subsidize the paycheck of such abject lazy individuals. At least I got a "hello" there. These people better not EVER leave that job if that company is okay with that kind of behavior, because they sure aren't getting another one anywhere else where the establish requires its employees to have a heartbeat.
