Great selection of goods, but the pharmacy is the absolute worst. Terrible customer service and everything seemed to annoy them. No one was helpful and it's the longest I've ever waited to pick up a very basic prescription. An elderly woman behind me at the pharmacy was never helped and they sent her all over the store before she eventually left out of pure frustration. Love the opening staff and how they say hello to you. They're even helpful with the ice cream station. But the pharmacy sucks.

I prefer Rite Aid over CVS. This location has some of the larger , better selection of items that I use in occasion and thankfully I feel that thier prices are fair for what I prefer spending . The last time I was there , I ended up getting a few items here that were out of stock online w/ Amazon .When I was paying for everything I remembered that I (maybe?) had thier "points" card or whatever and I did. It was useful to me as I purchased my two items for sale plus a big % off .

This is a great Ride Aide...However WESTERN UNION has not been available to them for about 2/3 months now. There have been a couple of times when the lines were a tad congested...They will be sure to open another register is there's only one open which is rare...In addition they to have self check-out

I'd like to preface this by saying that everyone who works here is VERY NICE. I've had great in-person interactions with all the pharmacy employees there and am so thankful for their help and support, truly. I just think it would be helpful if the pharmacy was reachable by phone. That way, customers wouldn't have to wait days or even weeks to find out if their prescriptions are ready... if they are even able to be filled in the first place. It used to be that the Rite Aid phone number would lead you to their menu, transfer to the pharmacy, then ring and ring forever before routing you back to the menu again. Frustrating as hell. In the past month or so, however, I've noticed a trend where their phone doesn't ring at all. It gives a sad little half ring then HANGS UP ON YOU COMPLETELY before you even get to the menu. As a person who works full time and relies on my meds to help my life stay manageable, this has been a huge source of stress and frustration. Not sure if it's a phone issue or a staffing issue, but I truly hope they figure it out and fix it SOON.

This is definitely the worst pharmacy I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. First, they never, ever answer the phone. Ever. I've been on hold for 40 minutes multiple times and no one ever answers. I hang up. If you can't have someone answer the phone in 5-10 minutes, you aren't in customer service. This "never answer the phone" issue also applies to doctors and pharmaceutical companies. The maker of one of my medical devices had to transfer a prescription from an online pharmacy to this location, and no one ever answered the phone. A month later, I still don't have my device despite having gone into the pharmacy in person 3 times to inquire. Second, they are ALWAYS out of stock of my meds. And these are two of the most common prescriptions in the country. It always must be ordered and I need to wait at least 48 hours to get it. I understand if my prescriptions are unusual, but these aren't. Third, the staff never knows anything and can never answer questions. Ever. None of them. Completely useless. I wouldn't use them except my insurance requires me to. Ugh. I'm changing insurance next year so I can go back to CVS.And to whomever responds to these reviews from Rite Aid. Save your energy and don't bother to respond with a "please contact our 1-800 number or email us" for further assistance. I'm not going out of my way to do anything for you. If you can't even handle the basics, it isn't worth my time. If you can't do something to fix the issues, just remain silent.

Had an appointment for covid booster at pharmacy but they could not give it because their computer was not working. I'm a health care provider. When our computers are not working we have downtime procedures to continue work. I had email and printed confirmation of my appointment and that I had prefilled out all the questions. They could have given me the booster, kept paperwork, and updated their system later, if they had the proper procedures in place. But they don't.

This Rite Aid is exceptionally clean and I absolutely love that it's 24 hours when you're coming home from an evening on sunset whether it's early in the morning or passing along sunset in general in the wee hours in most places are closed you can pretty much get anything your heart desires here.

The absolute worst customer service. They should close this location if they aren't going to staff it properly. This location is a total embarrassment. Walgreens and CVS beats your company any day of the week.

It is absolutely inexcusable that I can't reach anyone at the pharmacy after more than 9 attempts for the past two days. I get hold music and then the line disconnects after I patiently wait. When customers are paying normal prices for prescriptions, basic customer services must be extended to maintain this business. I got a vague automated voicemail saying something is ready for pick up but I have a question. The pharmacy here apparently also cannot correctly push ready prescriptions info into the customers app. My previous Rite Aid that just closed managed to do this just fine. Ironically, if at least this part was handled right I probably wouldn't even need to be phoning in the first place. I am moving my prescriptions to a different pharmacy.

This is ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PHARMACY I've ever encountered. My wife is a stage 4 cancer patient and for a solid week, I was told her prescriptions were ready for pick up. For a solid week I drove to pick up her 4 much needed medications and each day they said they were not ready yet EVEN THOUGH I got multiple text messages that they were ready for pick up. I then tried to get Rite Aid to transfer my wife's records to CVS and THEY NEVER DID THAT EITHER. I ended up having to get each of her doctors (5 to be exact) to re-prescribe to CVS directly. COMPLETELY USELESS and actually put my wife in a very dangerous position.

They hang up on you constantly when you try to call the pharmacy. I know places are short-staffed but to be hung-up on more than three times is unacceptable.
