Tried to call in for some help with prescriptions i had to wait on hold fir 15 minutes and when a lady finally aswers i explained what info i needed she says please hold and then hangs up on me. I thought surely it was an accident so i called back waited on hold again for 20 minutes only to have the same lady finally answer and hang up on me again. Then i read the reviews online and saw this pharmacy hangs up on everyone who calls in. Wow i cant believe how bad the reviews are and walgreens is just letting them keep hanging up on customers who need important info about prescriptions

Photo department is horrible. Don't bother purchasing online pickup thinking that's going to save you time, because it's not. Do yourself a favor and go to another Walgreens.

Zero stars, everyone who works here is bitter and hates their life! so they pick and choose when to close up departments rather than follow a real set time schedule. I wonder how many people miss their medication from these lousy good for nothing employees.

I've been calling the pharmacy for 2 hours and it keeps hanging up on me. Tried talking to the regular staff and every second it keeps saying staff are busy with calls. Worst experience I've had! I called again and they finally answered, their system was down and right when I was gonna ask another question this woman hung up on me.

The photo department is H O R R I B L E !There are never any staff available and you're always waiting. after waiting they act like it's an inconvenience when you ring the bell for help. They are very disorganized and can never find your order. Every time I go to pick up something I've ordered online, I have to wait until they can find someone to help them find my order? When I offer my order number they don't want it and then insist I couldn't have gotten a notice to pick up my order. The unprofessional attitude and the disorganization is unacceptable. Walgreens had to do better

Called the pharmacy and was on hold for over 30 minutes then hung up on. I called again and was on hold for another 30 minutes and was hung up on again. I called the front to talk to a manager and was hung up on a third time. I didn't even get a chance to say "Hello" I got hung up on so quickly. It wouldn't have been such a big deal except I was calling from a hospital trying to give the pharmacy a prescription over the phone. I'm fine with being on hold, I get it, Walgreens treats their employees like dirt, they're overworked and the hold is going to be super long. But come on guys, hanging up on people is so juvenile. I know it sucks there but let's be a little bit professional ok? Unfortunately some people need your services.

I sent a prescription for my brother since Sunday and it's going to be Wednesday and it's for pneumonia what if the he gets worst it's on them for saying we get down by this time and than they say it won't be ready till the next day and than we don't have it in stock and won't have it rather than being straight up and saying that to begin with so you can find a pharmacy that has it. So disappointed in this pharmacy.

The pharmacy is so bad if you can try to go to any other one this one is soo ghetto the ladies who work in the pharmacy are so rude and do not take there job seriously not even when customers get mad and complain I waited so long along with another girl and I'm always a really patient person the other girl was so not so she went off on the staff and they still did not care or try to attend us faster the staff is unorganized and argue with eachother because all of them try to avoid helping the customers and it shows , I waited so long and then they still gave me the wrong stuff then they were so rude to an elderly person infront of me I'm really gonna try to change pharmacy because of. What I experienced today so I'm home now and I'm calling because I see they gave me something incorrect and they have me on hold and I can literally hear them attending the line on the phone like they are so unprofessional and I can hear the terrible customer service over the phone even . Yeah just go somewhere save yourself from getting irritated and wasting time

Basically I walked into this location because my nephew has been teething really bad. I decided to ask the security guard for help because he was the first person I seen. Thank God for him! His name was Albert. He was beyond helpful. If it had not been for him I would have walked out the store because the customer service was so horrible. I asked the lady at the checkout stand about the product that I was trying to purchase and she told me "I know the answer to your question but we're not allowed to really answer questions so you're going to have to go to the pharmacist". Lol like what kind of sense does that make? You work in customer service! You can't answer a question that a customer is asking you but it's part of your job to answer questions lol that's beyond funny to me. Now not only that but as I'm talking to this woman that insist she can't help me another random complete stranger walks up sets something down on the counter and starts talking to her as if she knew her and as if I were a ghost (How rude can you be. You clearly see I'm talking) so I began talking over this random woman to finish saying what it was I was saying to the checkout clerk who was really little to no help to me at all. I ended up checking out at the pharmacy. The pharmacist helped some with the question I had but one I should not have had to walk all the way in the back just to ask the same question I asked the lady in the front. Two I should not have had to get in a whole separate line. Three she could have just answered the question instead of being lazy. I shouldn't of had to waste my time when I have my nephew who is fussy because he's in pain with his tooth. I could have been back in the car long ago. If you happen to go to this location look for the security guard by the name of Albert because he's more helpful than some of the workers in the store.

This review is straight for the pharmacy. I can't believe they hire this kind of rude pharmacists, they totally ignore you when you want to ask questions if they Don't like their job why in f*** they went to school for that??!!!

This review is for their pharmacy. I would recommend to not get your medication at this Walgreens because you will face a huge line. They take their time and will even give you a 20 minute wait EVEN if you dropped of the prescription early. I literally gave them 6 hours to prepare my medication (which I really needed). When I came in, I was faced with a big line and had to wait 30 minutes and was told that one of my medications wasn't even ready. I had to wait around 20 minutes which was not worth.

I honestly wish I could give this place zero stars if I could. Employees literally ignore you. Tried getting medicine, of course it's locked up but I waited for over 25 mins for someone to open up the cabinet. Ended up going to the cashier and they had security help. So horrible. Go elsewhere if you can. Total of 30 minutes to simply pick up over the counter medicine.
