The most unorganized banking financial facility I've ever been to. I've been to very many check, cashing, and and other services such as change, postage or prepaid. They also say that they have a career opportunity, but it's a mess they have no three different ones they all had a different rules or different guidelines on top of the fact that they want to extend only in demographic areas that that would put up with such terrible customer service. My advice would be to go to any other facility, such as a payday loan, or a different western facility

Maybe in the 1st week of each month , they have full window tellers work 11 total so customers waiting is not needed.Only 4 teller and 1 is doing the money order for rent! Wow ! One lady does within 1 min and 30 seconds! But someone did 3min tops! Hire more people to come in overtime if necessary to be working so HAPPY CUSTOMERS AND HAPPY OWNER OF COMPANY GAIN MORE CASH IN HAND! Add 11 tellers in 1 WEEK OF EVERY MONTH 1 day (3rd)!

Mal servicio en turno de la mañana . No me quisieron cambiar mi cheque , que regresara otro día por qué apenas lo había recibido con una mala actitud la muchacha , pase por la tarde al mismo lugar y sin "peros" me lo cambiaron .

Better have cash if you want a money order. You cannot use your bank card. ATMs here were out of money here as well. After waiting in line for an hour it was a complete waste of time. Post office is the best place for a money order unless you have cash.

This is the worst and I mean WORST pls in Los Angeles. The line is so long and they actually have 5 out of 11 windows open for once, but the set is so bad, and slow... jus keep driving past this location save yourself some time!!

They have duplicates of the XPECTATIONS cards that has the same number and pin code as your personal card They will ask you if you want them to activate it and when they do they will take down your information and use your card later they can take money for off your Account PLEASE be aware of Is an employee by the name of Melanie I deal with her with my card and I never ever used the car once and and just Coincidentally she was my teller each time I loaded money onto my car and my car start having money come up missing off of it and when I came to the store to complain She gave me a new card and kept the old one and the transactions continued And when I return to complain again about it she acted suspicious and started an argument
