I placed an order for pickup, something came up and wasn't able to collect it as quickly as I would've liked. I called Nutsite.com several times, left many voicemails, emailed and tried using the broken Contact feature on their website, all ignored, until finally a staff member responded in an unnecessarily rude and abusive manner. Super shady, steer clear. Will update if not refunded as promised.
