Western Collision Works is an auto repair shop known for excellent customer service and expert workmanship. The staff is very nice, helpful, understanding, and friendly. They are responsive and timely, often taking customers in right away and working quick to get them in and out in no time. Technicians are exceptional, doing a phenomenal job on repairs from accidents. They make the insurance process smooth and fight for customers with third parties. The shop gets extremely busy with many repeat customers, which speaks to their quality. They are highly recommended for all service and repair needs, making a potentially difficult situation as painless as possible.
