We recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Claudia at Wells Fargo, and I must say, her service was nothing short of exceptional.
Claudia's knowledge and professionalism were truly impressive. She took the time to listen attentively to our concerns and provided clear, concise answers to all of my questions. What stood out the most was her genuine dedication to ensuring we understood every detail of the process.

Called to find out the requirements to open a business bank account. Spoke to Mike who advised me and knew his stuff. Would recommend this branch to anyone that needs banking services. The branch gets busy so I would suggest emailing ahead and making an appointment if you need to visit.

Management at this location is at a all time low. No sense of urgency, no competence, and a lackluster staff. Just pathetic. Wells Fargo as a whole has declined. But this comes from district manager, and above.

What has happened to this bank? Grossly understaffed, unable to get in an out of this location for under 20-25 minutes for a basic transaction. Lines of people waiting for essentially 1 teller. No visible management team. Not 1 business banking representative available. At this rate I would be shocked if this place is still operating within a year.

They never have more than two tellers. You will always be waiting in a long line. Prepare your patience.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have been attempting to retrieve the contents of a safe deposit box since April. A simple email from Wells Fargo would be enough to let me know when to come. I have not received a message and I am still waiting to hear back. Since it is impossible to speak to anyone or make an appointment I am compelled to write this here. Is there anyone still working there?

The bank manager was very helpful and knowledgeable in answering questions about a fraud issue, going past closing time on a weekend day to full address all my questions and concerns.

Wells Fargo Pico branch is conveniently located right on the border of Beverly Hills. They have the most professional and courteous bankers who actually care about helping their customers quickly and efficiently. I have been with this branch for almost 5 years and I have never had even one problem. These days it’s difficult finding a good bank. I’m completely satisfied and I know you will be too.
