Went into this office to close my account and a bank manager was not there to finalize the closing. Returned to follow up and got charged a fee bc my balance was under the account minimum. This was their fault and they would not reverse the charge! Would NEVER bank at Well Fargo ever again!

Moved our appointment that we already had to wait a week for. Didn't call or txt, just sent cancellation email then rebooked. We'd opted for the only time we could do. Unacceptable service.

Ok I’ll be brief. Went to this branch for a personal loan affair. Got my info and waited 1 week then more ppwrk as of course is normal 2nd week more ppwrk ok I said they need to know everything 3rd week more info and I started to wonder. 4 and 5th week came by and yet no respond from the so called underwriters. 6th week finally got denied. Waste of time. Don’t use this bank for serious transaction plz. You’ve been warned.

We went to this branch to open a mew account. But after waiting for half an hour! No one even asked us what we are doing there!! They only had one banker working that even she didn’t acknowledge us! Very rude and unprofessional. We went to our own branch on Wilshire and they helped us right away. Will never go back to this branch!

HORRIBLE branch ofor neighborhood residents! Unpleasant, discouurteous WF branch at Pico/Glendon (1 block east of Westwood Blvd). This branch caters to merchants and small businesses while disregarding and disrespecting regular customers and neighborhood residents. Twice, while waiting in the long queue, merchant customers behind me hollered at a staff walking by in Spanish or Persian, and got to leave the line and go to a counter to do their business. Another time, during the pandemic mandatory "social distancing" the men behind me stepped over me, brushing my leg to rush to the counter, cutting in line, prompting me to yell out at them, while the security guard and bank staff did nothing and just proceeded to service these rude uncivil people. When my turn finally came and I complained to the bank counter rep, she apologized and acknowledged that this branch does in fact habitually caters to the local merchants and businessmen who drop in. Too bad I can't holler my way through in Spanish or whatever language to befriend a staff crossing the lobby. Even though I live a couple of blocks away, I'd much rather drive to my long time Wilshire and Federal branch, which is unfortunately still temporarily closed. Please reopen Wilshire/Federal before I move my accounts to a more courteous and professional bank.

This bank has GREAT customer service, friendly efficient tellers, an actual parking lot, three ATMs and is hardly ever crowded. I sometimes do banking with Chase down the street and they are the worst. Thanks Wells Fargo.

Friendly teller
