I've been a depositor for decades in this bank, way back when they were still inside the Von's supermarket. I had a very bad experience with one of their supposedly customer service that sit behind the desk, BRENDA. I was asking some information to open a consumer savings account and she has no idea about it. She said she has to call the main branch to get the information and that I have to come back. So instead of coming back, i asked for her number so i can call her back. She said to call her before 1:30 pm so I called at 1:00 pm and she already took her break. I called twice and was told i will get a call back from her. When she called me back she said she was telling me earlier that I should make an appointment and come back after 1:30 pm. Why will I make an appointment and come back after 1:30 pm when she doesn't even know if I can open the account or not. In the first place had she known what details and info I need to open the account, I could've opened it that day. I can't believe that's the service i got. They just lost a customer. I will move my account to another bank once my stuff matures.

Scheduled an appointment to open a small business account. The small business banker was "out to lunch", she is currently 30 minutes late. WTF? Why even offer an appointment at that time if the banker will be at lunch. Completely unprofessional and a waste of my time and money.

The most uncomfortable chairs are in the lobby. They are made for very tall people. If you have to wait for someone at a desk. Your better off going to a different bank. They won't see you. They only have one agent for there 10 desks.

I had to withdraw a large amount of cash. In the past when I had to do that, the bank took me to a private room. Not here. The loud mouthed manager gave me no privacy and they handed me the large wad of cash in front of about 10 customers. I did not feel safe AT ALL. I kept asking her to be quiet, through clenched teeth but no deal. She seemed proud to be putting me at risk and tried to shame me for not feeling comfortable.

I wish I could leave 0 star. There's no customer service and try to make me do their job and charge service fee. Why there's bank when I need to make appointment all the time even if thats simple wire?????? Why do you have bank location when tuesday 1pm theres no banker can help?????? Wasted my time and money and this is so not worth it at all, wells fargo f****** sucks

After I've made a deposit, I approached a banker who was busy writing one holiday card (assumed its personal). I asked: "are you a business banker or an individual banker?" She responded: "what's your question?" I was standing by the entrance of her cubicle and she never offered me to sit down. Anyways, I asked her if a corporate checking account can have a zelle. She then said: "only the owner can have that". I told her, "I am the owner, I have 2 corporate checking accounts and j wand to know if it can have a zelle feature to receive money". She still didn't offered to let me sit down and she was still holding her holiday card and pen and not proactively listening and being unprofessional and rude she responded: "well zelle is always there and only the owner can have ii, are you the owner?" So I told her before walking out: "anyways you looked daze and I've been repeating myself to you".Photo will show the time, date and branch (Wells Fargo, Eagle Rock 90041) I was there.

If I can give it 0 stars I would! Awful customer service. Alejandra has the worse customer services, cancelled my appointment scheduled the next day, knowing I had an urgent need to come to the bank. Manager Luis, is even worse has awful customer service giving me 100 excuses but no solution! Tellers are also rude and have awful customer service. The level of professionalism at this branch is awful! Closed my account!

Came in yesterday and was told I needed an appointment to add my minor son to one of my 6 accounts here. No problem, made an appointment for today. Got here, and the banker is running late from lunch. No problem. But the fact that there are 2 other bankers here (one is an advisor and the other is an investment banker) that cannot help me seems ridiculous, because believe me I asked. When she finally showed up 30 min late, I was informed they could not add a minor child without him being present. But maybe the woman (investment banker) could help me because she has more flexibility. So the investment banker COULD have helped me and they CAN do it without minor there. This branch sucks.

So I traveled to the east coast recently and I remember how much money I had when I left Orlando going to New York now are there trying to charge me $200 for something that doesn't make sense and now I'm going to the bank to put a hard freeze on my card because there's no way I could possibly pay them back right now with the gas prices and the rent rising this place is a horrible Bank I'm looking for a new bank
