Walked in the branch ask a gentleman, the only person available, if I needed to stand in line or wait for someone sitting at the desk area to help me cash a check that has my name and Wells Fargo on it. He said "stand in line" with an unpleasant look on his face. I stood in line, approached the window, cashier referred me to someone else and she directed me to have a sit and wait for the gentleman that told me to stand in line. He picked up the phone pretending to be busy. I waited for a while, then decided to leave. Everyone was helpful but he seemed to be somewhat racist. He is Mexican or Hispanic race

Wow. I am here at Wells Fargo to open a new account. No one has greeted me or asked me if I needed any help. After approaching Shreil who was with a client she was very helpful with getting the service I need.

Worst customer service ever. Everyone needs retraining ASAP. Would never ever go back to that branch. Even thought about changing backs completely

Customer services was very lacking today. Only one teller working during the lunch hour. The line is unnecessarily long. After speaking up, the staff still don't make acknowledgment and went to get a tablet only to start from back of the line instead of the front. They need to be retrain on customer services and making customers priority.

I have lived in the community for years and have been coming to this bank for small personal matters. I will get straight to the point the service has declined with excessive lines and bankers that move at a slower-than-usual pace. I wanted to open another business account but after talking to one of the African American female bankers, I was informed that there was no guarantee for the waiting customers on the waitlist. I don't know what customer service training she has had but it seems like that would have been helpful information before signing up and waiting for 65 minutes. The area is changing and hopefully, they replace this bank. We deserve better

Terrible branchThey made me wait over an hour in line. There were two tellers, and when it was my turn to be seen by one of them, they decided to just close both windows. After that I waited about another hour just to cash a check

The customer service is terrible, especially this lady "Mona" she's soo rude acting like if she owns the bank, she had bad attitude all the time helping me cashing out my check.

This is the worse bank in the city of Los Angeles. The customer service is terrible I don't know who was in charge today but she needs to be retrained on customer service attitude and behavior. A smile doesn't fix anything and no communication when people have been in line for over an hour is crazy. Then to finally communicate and say you let the one out of two employees go on a break when your line is around the corner is beyond me. ( ACCOMMODATE THE STAFF WITH PAID BREAK AND ASSIST YOUR CUSTOMERS) They just need to go ahead and close this branch down RESPECTFULLy. Between the homeless, in that area causing havoc and this business ALWAYs with the lines out the door, I highly suggest choosing a different branch.

Very bad service at this location I was told I could use the atm machine inside to pull out money and when I arrive the employee stated that the machines is currently out of money so I have to make line when there atm machines should be available when business is operating very disappointed I ask for manager and I got no assistance what so ever very bad for business owners like myself

Had a appointment at 130 pm I got here at 1 pm . No problem waiting BUT it's cold outside so I come inside to wait .. They have one window open for a teller and the business line open ; So a older man comes in from outside waiting and says " can you guys hurry up it's cold out here " and walks back outside . In no time this white man whispers maybe you should get a jacket . No this didn't sit right with me because he was clearly trying to be funny so I let him know it is kinda ridiculous that you all only have one teller open and it was a disrespectful comment . He tells me they short staffed and I can apply to be a teller here . Totally ignored the fact that he was disrespectful to the older black gentleman .

These bankers give you an appointment time and they NEVER I mean NEVER EVER on time I've been sitting here 45min past my appointment time and nobody has come over to say s*** to me. They lacking in communication department which make this a horrible a** branch to go to, listen if got time to waste go to this branch if not please don't go here it's worst than sitting in a ER or urgent care at Hubert Humphrey
