On the reviews, I see they have like 2.5 stars. Can't be right. I come here from time to time and have never had a problem. Today I was helped by David Flores. His customer service was on point along with such beautiful, warm smile. Keep up the good work David and Wells Fargo. I recommend this business.

So I walked in to request to speak to a loan officer, the woman at the desk responded that they were fully booked for the day. I understood that. But she just looked at me, without offering any other options; like come see us tomorrow early morning, or may make an appointment for you? or may I have your info so a staff member can contact you later? or what services are you looking for?--- nothing! ? They are in customer service industry, but she looked at me as if I was in there asking for food or shoes or clothing.Don't do business here.

Mayra and Haven were AMAZING they took such great care of me. I'm sure the other bankers are great but these two made my day. Thank you both soooo much.

Walked in between 430 and 500. No one in line, promptly assisted by Jasson and the transaction was done quickly and efficiently. Was very impressed with this WF branch.

This branch hasn't changed to fix efficiency in 20 years. My parents have always come here when I was a kid and now I come here as someone in my mid twenties. Always the same story. Only one or two tellers and a huge line. Get ready to wait an hour just to do anything. Thank God for online check depositing, if I had to use this location to do any of that, I would bring a foldable chair, a pillow, and blanket everytime I wait in there.

Showed up at 3:30 on a Thursday and there were no bankers to help me take money out of an account. Absolutely pathetic customer service and I will no longer be banking with this company thanks to this branch.

It took 20 min in line with 1 person ahead once l got to the window it took another 15 min to cash a check it three people I'm still waiting this is ridiculous Wells Fargo is a joke to wait this long 5 people were behind the window

Limited tellers available even when the line is almost all the way outside. Waiting times can go from 15min to 50 min between 11am and 3pm.

This bank has serious bias towards non Hispanic people. I have never seen a branch utilizing rules to stop business because they don’t want to help people who don’t look like them. Management seems to condone it too. This is why hiring people who represent the entire community and not just LatinX ppl is sooooo important!!

THEY HAVE ATMS INSIDE TO PULL LARGER AMOUNTS AND I WENT TO AVOID TAKING TELLERS TIME ,SINCE IT HAD AROUND 50 PEOPLE AND I COULDNT GET ANY OF MY MONEY OUT ???? WHY DO YOU HAVE THAT MACHINE IF NOT FOR THAT TYPE OF WITDRAWS???????

Wells Fargo Mid City is literally the worst bank as far as efficiency has to go. Over 20 people in line and they only have 1-2 tellers with plenty of other staff just sitting around smiling. Do not go here if you value your time.

There were a about 22 people in line. Over fifty percent of the people spent a good 20 mins. with the counter tellers. They should have lines for business and complicated accounts and lines for personal and simple transactions. Many elderly people who don't know how to use technology stand there for an hour waiting to deposit a simple check. Terrible management.

First of all, the parking lot is small, so it might be a challenge to find a place to park at this branch. They share the lot with Starbucks, Jersey Mikes, and several others. It might even be easier to park at Lowes and walk over from there. I was there when they opened. The security guard was super nice and opened the door at 9:00 AM sharp. There were six of us in line. The line quickly doubled in ten minutes.There was only one teller for the first ten minutes and then a couple of others opened their windows and the line finally started moving.The tell was super nice and did his job well.I'd probably avoid this branch mostly because of the parking, and it seems to be a very busy branch so you will likely have to wait in line for a while if you go to this location. I think they're doing the best they can, though.

My husband was racially profiled at this location our car was hit in a hit and run and it was totally so we had a large sum of money we were trying to pull out and was told step to the side the bank manager needed to approve the withdrawal after waiting in line for almost an hour was asked for the address on the account why if he had the debit card and his id and license if you are African American do not go to this branch
