Wells Fargo Bank in Los Angeles aims to support financial goals with personalized attention and convenient self-service tools. Customers have praised the staff, particularly Mayra, Haven, and Sal, for their exceptional service and assistance. Many have noted the efficiency of transactions, especially when assisted by Jasson, who provided quick help during busy hours. However, some reviews mention that there can be limited tellers available, leading to long wait times ranging from 15 to 50 minutes, particularly between 11 AM and 3 PM. The parking situation has also been a concern, as the small lot can be challenging, especially when shared with nearby businesses. Despite these issues, customers appreciate the friendliness of the staff and their efforts to provide good service, indicating that the bank is doing its best to manage the busy environment. Overall, this branch is recognized for its helpful employees and commitment to customer service, although potential visitors should be prepared for possible wait times and parking challenges.
I was told I am next to talk to teller 50 minutes pass no one even came.to pretend they care! I do not suggest this branch at all. In all honesty I don't suggest wellsfargo.

The manager and Rakisha were so helpful. The staff is excellent and the line was short when I visited.

Very incompetent bankers work here. Came in with ID and was refused service. Bank couldn’t “verify” me because my address was different. I needed to stop payment on a money order and they refused. As a result the stolen item was paid. Nicholas, the premier banker, failed to do his job and cost us money.
