I've been a Wells Fargo client since 2006. I continuously have horrific customer service from Shaistha Shahim, branch manager. Over a year ago, I went to the Atwater village location where she worked and she refused to do a name change on my account because her banker was in a meeting. Fast forward a year and she is now managing Los Feliz ( as Atwater closed) and she refused to accept a deposit in my married name. I waited 18 min to speak to a teller and she rudely said she couldn't verify me. It's appalling how terrible customer service is at this location. There is absolutely no one manning the entrance and the only banker is at the back of the bank. The manager sits at a small rest discreetly in the back and doesn't bother to greet or speak to the clients. My frustration is in her inability to support but more over, I had to wait almost 20 min for this outcome? She needs to do better with her client service. It's unacceptable.

Clifford provided phenomenal service by listening and being kind. I came in frustrated about not being able to have this check cashed any where.he was super patient and empathize with my issue. I absolutely think everyone should take a page from his book.

Shay Shahim helped me out a a lot. If it wasn't for her I don't know what I would have done. This is an awesome branch.

Absolutely unacceptable customer service. Her name is Stephanie Leon. I had an appointment for 2:30 with her on a half hour lunch break (which she was aware of because I informed her of it when scheduling the appointment)then proceeded to not see me for at least 15 minutes so I had to leave to get back to my job in time before my lunch break was overand got nothing accomplished. At the end she called and blamed her "team" for not informing her I was there and took no responsibility for the fact that she wasn't even at her desk for the appointment to begin with. Not trusting someone like that with my business matters.

One Saturday morning, I went to this bank with the intention of withdrawing a large amount of money. The teller gave me a confusion explanation as to why no withdrawals were allowed. I asked her, "this is a bank isn't?" I drove to another Wells Fargo location in Eagle Rock. There was a long line and the ATM that allows large amount of money was free. I tried to use it; however, it did not allow me and informed me that a bank representative would be assisting me. I waited until I could wait more. Thinking that third time would be a charm, I drove to another location in Alhambra right on Main Street. This branch was closed. Finally, I gave up. I tried to file a complaint with corporate. Never heard a response.

If you plan on visiting this bank, make sure not to schedule anything else for the rest of the day. 2 tellers at best and one lady walking around asking people how they're doing. Over 1 hour wait to get to a teller. The line is literally out the door. This is clearly not an isolated incident because this is the 3rd and of course last time I will be visiting this location. All boils down to poor management and lack of planning on their part. This is what happens when you hire under qualified manager who clearly do not value their jobs.

I opened business checking and savings here, also opened personal savings and checking here. Just to find out that during covid they depleted all my accounts blaming some kind of service fees. Money would be safer in the trunk of my car than here. Can’t trust these guy ever with cash

So consistent! Consistently bad! Always a super long wait. The line is always out the door and the staff is not friendly. Ten thumbs down

Zero stars. Change banks if you bank here. One or two tellers max for a line of dozens of customers.

Do you have much free time in your day? If your answer is "lots of free time", maybe this bank is for you. If you are a normal human with a finite lifetime go to another bank. I arrived at 2:15 with a large cash deposit and 2 more hours of errands to run this afternoon. Only 2 teller's working, each with a customer. 4 customers in front of me. 15 minutes later the tellers were still with the same customers. Four more unfortunate souls had lined up behind me. I left. This WF is closest to my business, but there is a much better branch closer to home

Three stars cause it’s still performing a function but sub par compared to chase and Citibank. Waits are always much longer and tellers seem less competent.

This is the worst wells fargo branch in the country. Never have tellers, lines are 10 deep any time of the day. I give up. Manager just sits on her butt in the corner. When its busy, All hands on deck!!!

This location needs to get its act together. Monday morning 10 AM and only 1 person is working. The line was like 10 people long and the other branch in Atwater Village near by is closed temporary. If you decide to come here expect a wait.
