Because. Wells Fargo shares. The parking lot with the bakery. And Yoga. Customers. I'm looking at a lot of clients. Ban directly to the bakery and not to the bank. I understand that the guard wants to be nice with elbows. But it limits Parking for customers.

worst bank ever been to!always shortage on tellers and always wait for more than 20 mins.today i waited about 20-25mins and wanted to cash out my husband's check! the teller said he physically have to be at the bank im like i've been cashing out the check for him for years and i cant do that? smh!!!hire people that knows what there doing! if you guys cant do things, dont do that for customers! customers get confused!

It's good this branch has parking right next to it since larchmont has limited parking. Good location. Inside is clean.

Banker & cashier are the worsts This place should be closed, I was in line for 20 minutes with only 3 cashiers and I saw all the cashiers with a bad attitude . When it was my turn the cashier told me I can't help you . You need to make an appointment with a banker so I went to ask a banker she was cleaning her nails and talking on phone but a personal conversation.Resuming with this piranhas ( bankers ) I see if someone one wants to refinance they now start moving they work only when they see commission. Now I understand why this place got very low reviews -5 stars

Worst customer service. How do you employ so many people but only have 2 tellers? With 20 customers in line. It doesn't make sense. You would think since this location is always busy you would have more staff on hand. Totally ridiculous we will be taking our company acct else where.

I do banking with wells fargo for almost 20 years , recently when I go to this branch ,I wait over 1/2 hr to 45 minutes to get to the counter. Only 1 or two tellers working and they always have problems to let me check my safe box.If you have to do do banking Dont use this branch , no security guard on duty and it is kind of unsafe.

It's not the teller's fault, but Wells Fargo is literally the slowest banking experience I've ever had. I come here to pay rent to my landlord otherwise I'd never step foot inside. Always long lines and only two tellers. Minimum 30-45 minutes of my life this bank steals from me every month.

Wells Fargo is truly one of the worst banks to have to bank with, you will wait in extreme long line that are almost comically waste of time. 40 minutes per branch there will always only be 2 tellers max at this location they have ONE TELLER. Why have i been in like for 20 minutes and barely have moved. Truly a horrible establishment, Wells Fargo is awful. Please Wells Fargo hire more tellers that actually know what they are doing and per location 1-2 employees is not enough when you have a business like this. Thank you for wasting my time as usual
