Such a horrible bank to come too, been here 4 times because it's the closest to my home, every time I have to come back again, or reschedule because they are so unhelpful, they do not like working, or at least have appropriate service, at least they make it seem like that, all they say is you have to reschedule to answer that question or get that info, the first time I came the guy didn't even bother to ask a teller if they could see me , he just said you have to make a apt, and this time, I got here couple minutes late because I had to pick up my son from school and they took a while, , so the girl teller took the next client in, when I got here and she left a while ago, I been waiting here for a hour and nobody has come out to even ask if we need help or why we are here,, I'm telling the girl we have been waiting, and she said i have reschedule that she took the other client in early because I got here late, the name of the teller today was Nancy btw,

Very bad service, I went to exchange 2 checks for what I get back from my taxes and they did not want to exchange them. I have had an account with them since 2000. My account has usually been 23 years old and I have it with money and my checks were small between The two were not even 200 dollars nor did they want to deposit them. Yesterday he told me that because they changed a c for an h that had my name on it.

This bank has 4 ATM's outside. 2 of them have been 'out of service' for weeks and 1 ATM ran out of $20 dollar bills. How does a bank ATM run out of $20's?!! This branch is the worst

Worst customer service ever!!! People cutting off lines. Nobody to be taking care of the lines! I'm only giving one start because there's no other option. Personnel are super slow. Was there in a line for more than an hour only to make a deposit. Horrible. Will never be back!

I have been banking with Wells Fargo for over 10 years and I can tell you that most of my experiences with this bank have been positive; however, the bank does have some bad apples that it must get rid of, Lupe being one of them. Lupe is just nasty to all customers and she does not care who you are--she is overall rude to everyone! I have never felt so degraded and insulted by anyone than by Lupe. Wells Fargo needs to take these complaints very seriously and fire her: she is causing the entire bank a bad image and one that should not be reflective of the entire branch.

I set up an appointment for a business account via Wells Fargo website. We came at time but our representative said that she is not working with a business accounts and called manager. Manager came and said that they don't have anyone available who can help us today....she said that she will reschedule our appointment and give us a call. What was the point to scheduling an appointment? Manager didn't call us back.... We spent time and to schedule next appointment thru the website we have to wait 5 days...
