Unorganized, they do not honor appointments. They gave me a same day (3 hour before my appointment) cancelation. Missed work for nothing, they had even called the night before to confirm just to cancel last minute.

It fills with people as if they were giving away money but that's not why they don't have enough staff to serve people.
