This is not a bank. Or the working hr on Google are not accurate, the branch was closed by 445pm when I went in. The only thing I found was the ATM. Another waste of time.

Horrible service the worker seem like they don't like working, and they are rude and not want to accept my foreign documents as forms of ID. I had heard that wells Fargo was racist but I didn't believe it.

Why call this kiosk a bank, dont expect to get anything done here unless you want enroll with them. it's more like an ATM with a teller. Couldnt even get a money order. trash.

This bank location has updated and upgraded from when I first went in in 2014. I will point out the good and bad. First, the location has a cash machine atm that gives out your money in ones fives twenty fifty rather than the one by the library that gives you your money in only twenties. This is great if you only need $6 and need all singles. Second, the location is convenient for people attending this campus because well its on campus. It is a second machine in addition to the one by the library. Third, the staff is friendly and are super helpful when it comes to anything you need done to your account. Now for the bad. First, this location does not have any cash. Any cash dispensed has to be from the atm. This is a down for when you need to pay the cashiers office your tuition and need to take out the 4 grand for it because they have a limit at the atm to how much you can take out daily. Second, it is a really small location so it will get really backed up when everyone suddenly decides they need to take out money. Lastly, my biggest down for this location will go back to one of the positive points, the staff. They are nice but will hover over you when your using the atm. This will make people uncomfortable when taking out cash. Its hard enough to go and try to get $5 from there and see that i only have $20 in my account. Now I have to have a person hover and be looking at my account too. Not cool.

Inside the university. Quick and easy. I had a little trouble finding it but it's the closest thing there is from where I live. The only negative part is I think they charge for parking there so to pay just to walk out for a few moment to run to the bank is inconvenient but I usually don't and it ends up fine.

This is not a Wells Fargo Bank. They can't do anything there and don't have the proper staff on hand to handle any actual business. Go to an ATM machine or a REAL branch.. don't waste your time here.

I randomly found this location and the guy who helped me was really nice. He was able to correct some fees on my account and got me to start saving for Christmas! I think his name was Javier. I totally recommend this location for help on opening an account or getting answers on your account. My overall experience was pretty awesome!
