I’m very hurt and desalinated with Wells Fargo , I opened up a new account. With them and I withdraw my almost every day!, and because of that I’m being profiled!, this is my homes hard earned me and to be profiled like this it’s wrong!.

The absolute worst bank and situation, didn’t care at all, waited over an hour and those that work there are arrogant and uncaring and will never admit when they have a mistake. Avoid! And don’t do business with Wells Fargo In general if you can help it

This is one of the busiest branches I have ever been to. 2:00 pm on a Wednesday. 12 people in line, only 1 teller at the window. Meanwhile there are employees casually walking around smiling asking us to wait patiently. This is truly unacceptable and utterly unprofessional. Clearly they do not appreciate nor care at all about their customers.

If there's a 0.2 rating- that'll be my rating for this bank. I went in today to deposit my Monthly apartment payment that doesnt really take more than 2 mins to do. I came in, got in line (it was a looong damn line). I saw 2 tellers working their asses off while the "managers" (i dont know exactly what their positions are) were just standing behind them supervising. 3-4 of them were just standing around pretending they were busy when they werent. Like any other businesses i understand that there are positions of the employees but when you are a superior and you see that it's a busy day, last business day of the month, couldnt you guys get your hands dirty and help the bottom employees??? Ridiculous. Im disgusted. The line was up to the door and nobody else can help? You guys need to hire more tellers. But its not surprising anymore. The branch in glendale is so much worse.

Today I went to Wells Fargo on Vermont and sunset, I was so disappointed. I waited 35 in line. There were around 25 people waiting in line and there was only two tellers. I don’t know how is their management system, are they trying to cut labor expenses or what the heck. I saw three more employees waking around doing who knows what. They seem like they didn’t care for customers waiting in line. This is a pathetic way to run a bank. By the way they don’t even deserve a start.

I have never been treated with such vicious arrogance as I was when I went to this branch for help. After a long wait, I was ushered over to Eileen S., who with a sudden announcement that she didn't understand the problem, abruptly stood up, actually SNEERED (I mean who DOES that?), and said would NOT help me any way. Nor would she find another person who DID understand the problem. I was shocked. PS-I ended up going to a different employee who fixed the problem in less than three minutes. The look on her face as she walked away made it clear, Eileen ENJOYED trying to hurt a long time customer. Why? That I cannot answer. For your own peace of mind, I advise you to avoid this branch, even if it means an extra trip to some other one.

Garbage. About ten minutes ago, I was leaving the parking lot when I saw a man walk out of the bank, piss on the wall then walk right back in. All the while two security guards (who were oblivious to my horn honking) couldn't be disrupted from whatever they were looking at on their phones. I pulled along side them and was able to tell them that the man who just entered the bank just pissed on their wall not ten feet from them. One guard didn't even look up from his phone and the other just said-at least it was outside-and went back to his phone. I then called the bank the 5 times...each time ringing until the voice prompt told me to kick rocks so I would have to call back again. 5 times...no answer. Thank you Wells Fargo Branch Manager for contributing to the decline of our city. Complacency and acceptance. Terrible time to be an Angeleno.

I just waited in line outside in the heat for an hour to Get quarters to find out they have none. It is Saturday at noon everywhere is closed now finding quarters is next to impossible I stood in line with my teething baby screaming at me for an hour they should have put a sign up saying they were out this is unacceptable what a joke my time matters I'm a paying customer

This branch is being repaired and they have all the staff enduring heat.!! It is horrible to be inside the branch waiting to be attended because there is no air conditioning.!!

I had to wait more than half an hour to OPEN A NEW ACCOUNT. This bank is understaff. I ended up leaving after I waited for 45 mins, very unprofessional. I'm taking my money to a different bank.

Awful customer service. I've had to make appointments a few times over the last several months and each time the staff at this branch just completely ignores you for 10+ mins before even saying Hello and asking if you have an appt. No acknowledgement once so ever, it's so disrespectful to waste your customers time & disregard their business. Makes me want to switch banks, and same with the lady waiting behind me experiencing the same thing.
