If I could give zero stars I would. We've been doing business banking for years with them and stopped in for a simple, quick transaction. There were zero customers - ZERO- and we were told sorry we don't have anyone available. Meanwhile the banker was at the desk with no customer. Next time, ask your business client of fifteen years what it is they need? Maybe it's a quick 5 minute transaction? Customer service is horrible. I will be looking to take my business elsewhere. This is my last straw with this bank.

The atm took my deposit, couldn't read it, wouldn't return it... and there are no people at this branch to call to figure it out. Calling customer service is an absolute joke. Fool me once.

Came here to send a wire transfer around 4: 30pm. I was in and out and less than 10 minutes. All the staff members were incredibly friendly and efficient. And now I can go get my groceries at whole foods nextdoor :)

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!I tried, several times, to schedule an appointment via a phone call to open an account. (My third one with Wells Fargo.) After no answers, a person finally answered to say that they were not taking appointments on the day I wanted. He wasn't apologetic at all and didn't seem to care if they had my business. Needless to say, VERY disappointed as I've been a Wells Fargo member for 20+ years. I'm thinking it's time to move everything over to Chase.

Why is this branch temporarily closed? Then you got another one in Glendale Temporarily closed as well. This is unacceptable. If this branch is going to be closed other branches need to have extra staff.

Definitely one of the worst branches. As a small business owner I frequent the bank often. I've been to many different Wells Fargo branches, and all 3 times I've been to this one, it's an issue. Stood in line outside for 15 minutes, just to be told that the one teller they had was on break. Nobody came out to let the line know instead of making us wait for literally nobody? LOL. Went again just now and the branch is "temporarily closed". Nobody bothered to update their Google listing? Management here definitely has no regard for customer service. It's too bad, cause Wells Fargo is still my favorite bank.
