This KoreaTown branch is terrible. No one ever answers the phone and I need to file an identity theft complaint. My Debit card was stolen out of the mail and money was withdrawn from this location On Sat April 20th 2024 according to activity log from card by the bank. The thieves withdrew $403.00 from my account and there was no protection for me. I have filed a police report and will also need video footage from ATM. I reside in the valley and am nowhere located near KoreaTown.

Not even worth a star. They canceled my appointment last minute. Nobody was their to cover their mistake. Didn't even try to reschedule it just ignored me like I am nobody. Ktown branch suck! Hire new people with responsibility!

There is never staff who can assist you, they only always have two cashiers serving more than 20 people.

Worst Wellsfargo ever. My mom went to open a checking account she had an appointment already they turn her away the first time because she didnt have a doble identification even though she had her CA id and passport then they gave it a new appointment for the following week and they made her wait for more than an hour and when she was help the person((Angie)) whom she had the appointment with left to lunch and Griselda assisted her and turn her away because my mom whom had told Angie she wanted a checking account didn’t inform Griselda anything so my mom called me and had me on speaker so she can reiterate what she wanted I explained my mom wants a checking account open that’s it she got attitude and told me well your mom has to tell me that or she can make an appointment with another person…. What kind of service is that… and by the looks of it, It ain’t the first time nor will be the last time someone gets horrific customer service from these people .. and i bet wells Fargo wont do anything about it.. sucks that the Koreatown community has no other option

My mother has an account with this bank and she showed up to open a business account. Person she spoke to was rude and told her she couldn't help her and she needed to make an appointment. She asked how? & the person said figure it out. Disgusting! People who hate their job shouldn't be hired.

The staff is great, the location is very convenient. I only wish they would increase the teller staff, the wait times can get unreasonable.

This location is really bad. There are only ever 2 tellers working and the line is always out the door. It took me almost 40 minutes to get a money order today. The last time I went, there was a woman smoking a blunt at the security desk, I am not even joking. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the teller I had was very nice, and I feel bad for her. This branch is depressing and scary.

As a bank, its okay. They seem to be tellers only, but move pretty fast and do what they do well.A special shout out to the security guard they have, David- he is super friendly and helpful. I've only seen him have to deal with trouble once, but even then he was still one of the nicest people I've met. And even his boss seemed pretty nice. Keep him here!

Absolutely one of the worst branches I have ever been and No bankers available to open your account. Definitely not coming back ever again and not worth it. TRASH!!!
