My Auntie Helen Davis Carter and I appreciate the well Fargo Team Bankers and Teller’s at the Windows inside this Branch here on Adams, and Broadway, they make you feel comfortable and Welcome Great Customers service they work harder, and Smarter, when I took a family member to conduct her banking Business all her needs was met . From a Banker Jose, we came out with a smile on our face.

7 windows and always ONLY 2 tellers. Line is ALWAYS out the door. There are other employees who see the line build up but they don’t open another window.

Sent here from the ATM' on Fig and 28th. Also no cash, here. Useless. The lighting is at least nice here, maybe the same person can design a higher capacity ATM?

Strait trash of a bank … even if line is not so big the tellers are stupid slow ..and partially death .. I just wanted to cash 2checks waited in line 30/40min and I was like 6 in line just for teller to act like a real C word nd not help me at all … u guys don’t deserve customers .. 2tellers is stupid hire me if u need workers ..if possible to give no stars I would.. this place should be closed down .. thnkx for deciding for me I will not open any account here … trash !!!!

In this bank specifically they are very professional but there is so much clientele and I think there is little staff that it takes so long for them to serve you.

I had a bad experience at this bank, the teller treated me the worst and I waited almost all day to cancel my account. I think the people who work at this bank are inept, they don't want to do their job, terrible way of serving customers, I recommend that you If you want to save your money, you better buy a safe and keep your money because these people are the worst of the worst.
