Absolutely terrible with help if I could give no stars I very much would!
Woman at the front pulled a silent alarm on me as well. Came cause I did not have a debit card or ATM and need cash for gas so i can get home. Closing my account after work tomorrow going to Thier competition by far the worst customer service from any business.

Never go to this office, they are so inept and unprofessional that they don't know what they are doing and they don't care that you as a customer are harmed, Cundy Argueta, customer service and his manager, Patricia Murray.

I had an appointment at exactly 11 showed up 20 minutes before for my appointment patiently waiting for this woman name Liliana who was suppose to help me out on my appointment with my daughter. I let the security guard know I was there for an appointment and was waiting for nearly 30 minutes+ and for the audacity of this woman to let me wait, finished with her previous client, wouldn’t start our appointment and told me she had a break and didn’t know whether her or anyone else would assist nor me or my daughter. Bad service.

First time in this area bank and OMG! No ATMs outside nor inside. Two tellers and lines super long. Surprised to know they are not in business to service all merchants around in a speedy manner or costumers in this busy area. Shame on you Wells Fargo you can do better than this! This is unacceptable!

This branch should just be eliminated. I went to try to withdraw money today 3/20/23 at 4:00 pm just to find out their ATM was completely gone .( I assume it was due to someone breaking into the bank since it was blocked off with plywood)so I proceeding to go inside. There were 5 people in front of me when I got there and 2 tellers on the other side of the window. One teller put the “next telle” sign as she walked away. I was there during my lunch break ( 1/2 hr) and they were able to just help 2 people. I decided to leave. I’d rather drive to the closes atm/bank but will never come here again.

IF I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS I WOULD! Don’t even bother making an appointment with a banker. They DO NOT honor appointment times. IT’S FIRST COME FIRST SERVE. You will literally be waiting for an hour even if you have an appointment. Absolutely ridiculous!

I've never had an issue with this branch, the staff here (tellers) are amazing, and I really hate to do this but it's been more than 1 occurrence where I've seen / overheard their supervisor (Steven, I believe is his name) be extremely rude to other clients. He doesn't know how to handle or diffuse complaints and gets very defensive almost immediately. I heard this man racially profile an African American client because of the amount of the check they presented. THAT IS NOT OK. I hope they get him out of there soon. He is very obviously not leadership material. Do better with your hiring process Wells Fargo.
