They do not accept customers without an appointment and I made an appointment. On the day of my appointment, I received an email that my appointment was canceled without explanation. I call them, they never pick up the phone. Disgusting service.

Convenient but not a secure ATM lobby the door doesn't lock and ppl sleep inside. This area should be safe for us to make a withdrawal or deposits with a level of comfort.

This bank is extremely unprofessional and the bankers are inexperienced and not knowledgeable about anything related to banking. They are rude and short with customers. I will be pulling all of my funds out of Wells Fargo and continue banking elsewhere.

Made an appointment (would recommend if you got business here; walk-ins not accepted due to covid) and they walked me through the beginning of banking. Was very patient with me and let me ask questions I had. Was a pleasure doing business here.

This rating is for the service I received at this branch. attempted to open a business account online and ran into issues. Even got held over into the next day. I went in to the bank and was helped by Max O. He was very patient and thorough.

Wait to speak with a banker for 30 minutes just for both of them to ignore you the whole time and close up shop and leave without even acknowledging you. Guess I'll try and get my debit card replaced at a different branch with employees that actually care.
