There is a woman who clean the ATM machine area. The first time she yells to me was about a month ago, she was mobbing and finishing it, I was standing in front of machine and usuing it. She suddenly came to me and told me with aggressive attitude to move aside for mobbing and she push the mob toward my foot. But she was already finish the spot I stood. The mob looks full watery. If I move suddenly I might fall down. I told her I am in middle of using the machine and she yells she need to mob that spot, so move aside. I didn't do that and finished my business. I told her she can't do that it is dangerous. She kept yell to me. She made a delay my schedule. This time, she still does to focus to clean there and she rush the broom the dust toward to me when she sees me. She yells to me to stand far away from the entrance with finger point aggressively. First of all, her attitude is so wrong and unappropriate and she is not a security or banker. She does over duty and command to the customer with her job. She needs to get a manner and learn appropriate attitude how to talk depends on situation if she want to express something to customer.

I was told by a branch manager in another location to try this branch for shorter lines and until the past 3 weeks it has been good. But going down hill fast. Line literally out the door, no manager in sight. Same branch manager said it was wells fargo policy to make banking online more desirable by discouraging walk in customers. I made the decision today to move my business account from wells fargo where it was opened in 2001. No more separate teller for business accounts. What were they thinking?

Awful experience. Waited 40 minutes just to be told that I would need an appointment because they were short on staff. Finally came back the next business day with an appointment just to wait another 40 minutes to be seen. When I met with the banker Yvonne, she was unhelpful and really seemed unqualified to provide any type of service or support. Awful branch and even terrible customer service! Would not recommend this location at all.

The bank teller couldn't help or provide any new information that the app didn't already tell me the manager was the same even worse with providing information as to why my work check was placed on hold save yourself the headache go to a different bank location hate doing this very uncomfortable.

One teller in the whole branch, manager sat in the bank while a line of 7 people took 20 minutes a person the teller must've been new, it was a painful wait.

I will no longer be banking at Wells Fargo. And I just closed my account. They have decided that their employees are no longer are required to be presentable. The staff are now permitted to wear T-shirts and jeans. So basically casual. There is a certain matter of professionalism expected in a setting where people are conducting large transactions. This is wholly unprofessional, this isn't a bank worth visiting if you expect a professional atmosphere.

This review is about Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. It was a horrible experience. Not worth the effort, or time spent applying, even though I have been a customer for years and years and with a stellar credit score (they couldn't be bothered). Never been treated so badly before. Decided to go with their competitor JP Morgan. Much better loan, interest rate, service, customer service (they actually wanted my business). Never again will I offer Wells Fargo my business. Not sure if I will continue to let them serve as my bank or not, too busy to decide right now.
