Sonia is the worst manager I’ve ever seen. I wanted to make a huge CD, waited in the line with no persons in for 45 minutes, was told I will be served shortly but instead she told me to leave because it’s already 5pm and they don’t need my money. That’s disgusting. I believe she hates every client she has. Never come back. Avoid this bank at all costs they will ruin your day.

Sonya is the worst branch manager I have ever met. I came to open a CD at 4:00pm today and waited for an hour in the waiting area, having pre-registered. The customer service specialist assured me that they would definitely help me today, but branch manager Sonia kicked me out of the office in a rude manner at 5:00 pm without providing any help. This is a disgusting service, I wanted to invest a decent amount of money, and I was rudely kicked out. I am closing all my other accounts in your bank, thanks Sonia. Manager of the year!!!

Incredibly customer service! Went to the Wells off grand first (.5 miles away) where they were very rude and unhelpful! So glad this location was close by and very kind upon entry. They took the time to listen to my issue and fully resolve it! The other location did not want to take time to verify my check. However, this location went above and beyond to help me. Yes, they were able to get my check verified and was very polite and professional the entire time!! Keep up the great work…I can’t thank you guys enough for your hard work today!!

I had to do some complicated banking here, and arrived without an appointment. I was very pleased that Mayra, one of the bankers, worked with me for a very long time - even through lunch - so that we could get things done. She had to deal with the legal department on the phone for document approval, and had to get her manager to approve other things, and I was very impressed with how she stayed on task until she was able to close several accounts and hand me cashier's checks.

I went in yesterday afternoon to deposit funds. I walked to my teller which I can best describe as a young man on the left, at the same time another customer walked to a young woman I can best describe as cute, youthful, pleasant energetic teller on the right. I really apologize for these descriptions, I should have asked for names. I hand my teller cash (under a grand) and a check. I believed he must have been cruising through my accounts because the mouse and keyboard kept moving and no deposit was being made for quite some time, the teller I wish I would have gone to had serviced three, maybe four other clients during the same time and mine transaction hasn't moved. I grabbed her attention and acknowledged to her that she had processed out four all the while I'm still stalled. At this time there are no more customers in the branch thanks to her, she mentioned something about Gary the teller being effective (I may be mistaken about the name although I do think she said Gary) I, growing agitated, asked him what was taking so long, why he was still in my account and he told me it was a large check, an amount I don't think is large. I reminded him that it was a deposit and let him know that he could do whatever investigation he'd like to while I leave, that prompted him calling over his manager, a much older slender guy, who did the same thing, unapologetically clicked around my account, not even a smile, just arrogance. I felt that they were very suspicious of me, I had a black tee shirt on so maybe a book, cover type of scenario, but that isn't a fault to me. I've been replaying everything several times and can't believe that I was put through such treatment when depositing money in to my account!

can't believe this place doesn't have enough bankers? they told me. Also teller was not knowledgeable at all. Compared to this the other branch on 1200 wilshire blvd is much better

Incredible service, went right to the register and was helped immediately, it was quick and easy like it should be. don't go to the other branch they have on Wilshire, the people are really slow and are not helpful.

I am so over Wells Fargo with the shady business practices and overcharging people. I watched it in the news in disbelief how they had opened millions of accounts secretly and then charged people for them and I was very surprised. They seem to have try to get their reputation back with all these fancy commercials but then I have an account I rairly use there own bank charges put me overdrawn with then they backdated the charges so I ended up paying $250 it's ridiculous time to go with a smaller Bank who want my business and not going to rip me up

I am a 40 year Wells Fargo customer and do 100% of my banking with the branch in Sherman Oaks. I was in downtown LA today and needed extra cash above my ATM limit. I went to this branch for the withdrawal and service was fine. However, when I asked to use the restroom I was told there was not one. This was not a good answer for me. The person failed to tell me where there nearest restroom was located. I bring this to the attention of management because it is the little points that matter along with the big matters.
