To Wells Fargo corporate: You should hire better customer service people. They seem to have an issue with texting and your privacy clause'. I personally like Wells Fargo.

Worse customer service EVER! I went in today to deposit a large check and had the pleasure of working with the incredibly rude Isabella Martinez (personal banker). I was sent to Isabella by the customer service teller as the funds needed to be verified to be deposited. I was firstly asked, “Are you sure you don’t to use the atm to deposit your check? The personal banker is on a 15/20min break and you may not want to wait”. I happily chose to wait on the banker as I wanted the funds verified instead of waiting on the atm to process it. Shortly after stating I’ll wait, Isabella immediately came out (not sure what happened to her being on break ??♂️) to hand me the check back and state how she could not assist me. She then asked, “Can the issuer just send a bank transfer?” As if I wanted to be burdened with depositing a check instead of an electronic transfer. I told her that was not an option. She asked how was the check acquired and asked if I tried the bank the check was made from. Before I could even completely answer she’s talking all over me, being passively aggressive stating how sorry she is, but she cannot assist me. I kindly thanked her for her unhelpful assistance and left extremely dissatisfied! She was very rude, dismissive, and very talkative as I couldn’t even answer her questions without her abruptly interrupting me. Never have I ever had such a horrible experience where I choose to bank!!Luckily I was able to go to the other Wells Fargo (.5 miles away off Wilshire) where they were happy to assist. They called & verified the funds accordingly and treated me with kindness & respect! If your looking for quality customer service and bankers who don’t mind doing there job, Do yourself a favor and head over to the Wilshire location!!

The banker Christian was sitting in his office doing nothing while I traveled from Pasadena to open a account, I called to let him know I was running a little late to see why he never answered my call. The staff couldn’t care less that I was there and this is most Wells Fargo banks unfortunately. So ultimately decided not to open a account with this lack luster bank!!!!!

I will no longer be banking at Wells Fargo. And I just closed my account. They have decided that their employees are no longer are required to be presentable. The staff are now permitted to wear T-shirts and jeans. So basically casual. There is a certain matter of professionalism expected in a setting where people are conducting large transactions. This is wholly unprofessional, this isn't a bank worth visiting if you expect a professional atmosphere.
