Can I just say that Wells Fargo as a Bank is probably the worst thing possible. Not only do they flagged everything as fraud but their customer service is absolutely awful

I came in 8/3/23 at 4:15pm. There was a line but went through easily with only 2 available tellers. I WISH I had gotten the name of my lady. She helped me with information on ordering new checks which, I personally like asking questions to a direct representative of any company instead of people's answers online. She even helped me make a critical decision when she found out that I was about to order new checks but needed to cancel the old set that is lost somewhere in the streets of LA. Had she not told me to wait to order before calling 24/7 customer service, I would have paid for the new checks only for the bank to potentially change my account numbers (for the safety & security of my account), which would have made my new checks useless. & I would have had to order AGAIN. Also, I did not know "temporary checks (???) were available in the branches for a smaller fee than cashier's check. She was insanely helpful with a GREAT attitude. Patient & kind. I rarely write reviews. Thank you so much for helping me, kind lady. You made my ROUGH day greatly better & this will be my new branch that I will be loyal to. I didn't have one after moving to LA & I found out my hometown one was closed. Thank you, AGAIN

I've been banking here for 7 years. I had an absolutely atrocious experience on Monday. Atm jammed with 1000$ cash deposit, no was was willing to help until I basically was having a panic attack in the building. I was on the phone in Wells Fargo for over an hour while employees just walked by. One gentleman occasionally checked in and Vilma tried her best to patch me through directly to a claims center after the hour of waiting on a phone. Vilma I appreciate your help but to say that the claim would go through by midnight or otherwise was wishful thinking and really got my hopes up. I just got off the phone with the claim center today and they finally put a priority notice on this. When all of this is said and done I will be switching banks this kind of "care" is unacceptable.

I work for myself and have to deposit cash every week. None of the ATMs outside are reliable enough for me to be able to use one to deposit. They simply don't read money well; the other problem is that they're frequently broken or out of service for some reason. When I deposit inside, only about half the staff have count the cash quickly without a problem. I wish the branch had a speedy service standard because sometimes it will make me 30 or more minutes to deposit just a few hundred dollars. Some reviews say the managers are terrible, I personally haven't ever seen them in action and I've been using this bank for four years. THIS particular branch just doesn't meet my baseline operational and customer service standards. Your equipment and employees are highly unreliable. Sometimes I get lucky with an angel who counts cash quickly.

Wells Fargo is stealing money from accounts!!! BE AWARE!! I have noticed several times my balance not connecting the dots with the purchases i make.. Know that, they WILL find the right verbiage to prove you wrong, like the balance that got charged for lets say a $100 transaction will be reflecting your account balance on the day of that purchase then few days later when it "actually" "CLEARS" as they say, it will deduct from your balance that same $100 yet ONCE MORE, but as hard as you try to explain that it was charged twice without showing on the account that it was charged twice, cos it will deduct from whatever is your leftover balance after few days that same $100 again and you know it, and it has been reflected your money balance double, still YOU HAVE NO WAY OF PROVING THIS, cos as they like to say "its just got posted" LOL LOL LOL, if i only hadn't been taking pictures after my each purchase, i WOULD LOVE TO BELIEVE THIS!!!! This is STEALING!!! HOW CAN YOU TRUST THIS PLACE???!!!

The bank manager here needs a serious humbling experience - quite simply - he is not a very good manager. I think he would probably be better suited as a used car salesman. I came here for a cashiers check. I probably get one cashiers check every 2-3 years at most since I have been with Wells Fargo for over 15 years. I asked the teller if they offer one time complimentary options. She politely said, "I don't think so, but let me check with my manager." I politely declined and proceeded the transaction. Little nosey eaves dropper in the corner - you guessed it - the manager came scurrying over like a weirdo and starts trying to get me to upgrade my account. I declined since I don't want to pay a bank MORE money for HOLDING my money - I simply shared I keep larger funds in a High Yield Savings account with American Express (the best). He starts to raise his voice, get loud and pompous, makes some rude and snarky comments and that's when I had to shut the conversation down. (Others have also shared their frustration about this guy - check the reviews). When I received an email asking for my feedback about the branch I was honest. An hour later I get a call from a random number. I'm a skeptic so I start to google the number while I answer. The number was NOT linked to the bank - but the person on the other end claimed to be calling from the Vine branch. In order to protect my personal information (in case this was in fact a scam) - I said they had the wrong number. The goofball on the other end of the phone was so snarky about it by sayin"oooOoooo, the wrong number huh?!" I hung up and tried to call the branch directly. Multiple attempts and no answer. I will most definitely be getting in touch with cooperate. For now, Wells Fargo Vine Street. Do better!!!

Worst bank location ever. We needed something notarized and the bank manager was a complete jerk. DO not go here. It takes 1 minute to notarize a bank document. Went to UPS and we were in and out in 5 minutes.

Few weeks ago I was there, but was told to make an appointment online first because most of bankers were infected and they were short of people. Manager was nice but people waited a long time outside then got informed. Time wasted there. Their service ks good when people are healthy. I have not been back yet, but will try again soon.

What I am about to write is 100% true. I have not fabricated 1 single sentence and yet I want to keep it short. I am not joking when I say that EVERY time and I mean EVERY SINGLE TIME I have called the toll free customer service I was given wrong information. In fact when I call I tell them this so they can check resources and get a verified answer. So heres how it works: I ALWAYS call 3 times now for the same question and if 2 times the answer is the same I go with it. But this particular branch INSIDE seeks to be ok for me. No real issues with the branch. But dont see how to review the central customer service. Sorry Vine Street

They were very professional and nice when I opened my account a few years ago. Most importantly, they have a message center in their app in case you ever have a question (unlike other banks ) I am pleased with my Wells Fargo account and the cordial and prompt service. The ATMs in this location are also programmed to be honest and count cash properly (unlike other banks). I feel like a valued part of this bank. Thank you for the past great years of banking with me !

Super negative experience. Teller had an arrogant attitude. She should've explained to me first that there was a $7.50 fee on cashing a payroll check against the company that issued it. I don't know when they started this practice, unethical. All about the money.

This is the best bank! I've had Wells Fargo for years and their customer service is always above and beyond. Since moving, this is now my go to location. All the tellers are super friendly and helpful. I have to give a shout-out to Brenda! (she's my favorite, don't tell the others)...

Great bank with great bankers Park in traders joes parking and validate Park lower floor if you need to park for more than 60 minuets.
