I've been a depositor for decades in this bank, way back when they were still inside the Von's supermarket. I had a very bad experience with one of their supposedly customer service that sit behind the desk, BRENDA. I was asking some information to open a consumer savings account and she has no idea about it. She said she has to call the main branch to get the information and that I have to come back. So instead of coming back, i asked for her number so i can call her back. She said to call her before 1:30 pm so I called at 1:00 pm and she already took her break. I called twice and was told i will get a call back from her. When she called me back she said she was telling me earlier that I should make an appointment and come back after 1:30 pm. Why will I make an appointment and come back after 1:30 pm when she doesn't even know if I can open the account or not. In the first place had she known what details and info I need to open the account, I could've opened it that day. I can't believe that's the service i got. They just lost a customer. I will move my account to another bank once my stuff matures.

Scheduled an appointment to open a small business account. The small business banker was "out to lunch", she is currently 30 minutes late. WTF? Why even offer an appointment at that time if the banker will be at lunch. Completely unprofessional and a waste of my time and money.

The most uncomfortable chairs are in the lobby. They are made for very tall people. If you have to wait for someone at a desk. Your better off going to a different bank. They won't see you. They only have one agent for there 10 desks.

I had to withdraw a large amount of cash. In the past when I had to do that, the bank took me to a private room. Not here. The loud mouthed manager gave me no privacy and they handed me the large wad of cash in front of about 10 customers. I did not feel safe AT ALL. I kept asking her to be quiet, through clenched teeth but no deal. She seemed proud to be putting me at risk and tried to shame me for not feeling comfortable.

I wish I could leave 0 star. There's no customer service and try to make me do their job and charge service fee. Why there's bank when I need to make appointment all the time even if thats simple wire?????? Why do you have bank location when tuesday 1pm theres no banker can help?????? Wasted my time and money and this is so not worth it at all, wells fargo fucking sucks

Came in yesterday and was told I needed an appointment to add my minor son to one of my 6 accounts here. No problem, made an appointment for today. Got here, and the banker is running late from lunch. No problem. But the fact that there are 2 other bankers here (one is an advisor and the other is an investment banker) that cannot help me seems ridiculous, because believe me I asked. When she finally showed up 30 min late, I was informed they could not add a minor child without him being present. But maybe the woman (investment banker) could help me because she has more flexibility. So the investment banker COULD have helped me and they CAN do it without minor there. This branch sucks.

I love this branch . I came in with my mom and sat with Brenda for direct deposit for my new job. She asked questions to my mom and I and got to know us. She gave me credit advice and helped my mom answer retirement questions. Very helpful went above and beyond .

The folks at this branch are really nice helpful. The policies and organization from HQ Wells Fargo are awful. I'm so sick of dealing with this hot garbage fire of a bank I'm leaving. That's what I would say if I could get a damn appointment!! Waited in line and of course a normal bank teller couldn't help with closing an account. "You have to make an appointment with a banker". Hmm. Later I went on their website to make an appointment. There's a bunch of steps involved and finally at the end after hitting submit it says, error. So I try again. Fails again. Tried on their app with the same error message. This bank is absolute trash on fire and I can't wait to get my money outta here! Byeeee!!

Went here to make a mortgage payment only because I was in the area. Waited outside in line for roughly 30 to 45 minutes along with 9-10 other people because according to a female employee, there was an emergency going on inside. So then an asian male employee who I was told was the manager tells everyone the long line and long wait was due to Covid. Make up your mind!!!! Was it due to an emergency or was it due to Covid? I told this manager he was "all talk" and that this long wait was due to the district not wanting to hire enough staff but will use "Covid" as the excuse (we hear this excuse everywhere these days when it comes to long lines and long waits). When I told this manager to bring up this issue to the district, he defended the district as if his position as manager depended on it. The security guard was pretty cool and who was great to talk to while I was waiting (by the way, the security guard said the long lines are common all the time) This is the second time I've had problems with a Wells Fargo branch but I will say that today's experience was nothing compared to what happened last time. The only reason why I associate with this bank is because of my mortgage and nothing more. I've been with the same Credit Union since the late 80s and will never switch from them to a bank. Thank God I only have to show up to a Wells Fargo branch once a month.

The employees here are rude and don't seem to understand how to streamline service during Covid. Went to make a deposit. Usually I just use the ATM to do that. They had a huge line and I asked if they're waiting for the ATM. They all said no and as I went to enter the security guard stops me and tells me that I have to wait on line to use the ATM. Which was free!! And available. I waited 20 minutes just to walk in and use the ATM that no one was using. Ridiculous. Customer service is horrible.

An employee at this branch was wearing a mask under her nose. I know it must be really uncomfortable to wear a mask all day, but the manager at this branch needs to tell all employees to wear their masks properly. Although I did not feel I was at risk in this situation, I felt that her fellow employees were put at risk by her behavior. The security guard at this branch is terrific, and if I were rating him, I'd give him 10 stars. What a nice guy! He does not have an easy job. I'm sorry I didn't get his name, but he worked on Friday, 9/4/20. at 3:00. He deserves a big raise! (No relation, I promise.). People like that make this pandemic just a little less awful!

I made an appointment via phone the day before and when I came to the bank they told me after 40 minutes that had pass that I am not in their system to be seen that day. I proceeded to ask why and what did the security guard (female) encircled then in the printout schedule after she approached me and asked my name and if I wasn't in the schedule then why didn't she or anyone say anything. I showed the guy that I did called the day before and spoke to a customer service who helped me set my appointment and even provided the address to the location, but for some reason didn't email my confirmation. The guy said that I am not on the schedule and pretty much couldn't do anything. I feel like they could've helped and done something or just made an exemption since I was able to show that I did spoke to a banker the day before and they can also confirm that in their system. Also, it's still remain a mystery to me what the security encircled in that schedule printout after she asked my full name . Anyway, 2 star for the teller who took time to listen and took my name, concern and phone number to be called for today for another schedule. Fast forward- nobody called me. - Customer since 2012..
