Gabe, Michelle, and Josh were all outstanding today. I was already stressed, dealing with having to return to their physical location. Luckily, they walked me through what I needed to do step-by-step. I was struggling, and Gabe was totally understanding of my situation. His compassion and professionalism made me leave there happier than when i went in, which is the first time I’ve ever said that about a doctors appointment. Thank you!

WellnessMart is such a great place! I had a quick and easy experience. I worked with Gabe and another wonderful employee whose name I’m forgetting. I had to get a a finger printing scan done and a TB test. It took less than 20 mins! I was in and out and was a walk-in at that. I’d recommend getting there early, because they did say it picks up in the afternoon. But what a great place, definitely come here for all your wellness needs!!

I felt like rating this place a one star, but I do have to give them credit for the work that goes into organizing this establishment and running it…it’s just the execution here needs tremendous improvement. I was sent to WellnessMart by my prospective employer to get a Livescan and a TB test. The Livescan went well, I received subtle attitude from the employee assisting me, “pick up your hand! Press down! Pick up!” with rolling eyes as if we grew up in the same house type of flow, no biggie, there was somewhat of a wait because there was only 1-2 employees handling about five parties at the same time. This while people kept popping in to get their TB test read. Here is where the breakdown occurs. Their TB tests are skin tests, and while I was there two people came in who got a “positive” TB read, but I saw that and it didn’t look positive to me, I’m no health expert, but I have worked in finance and operations in an international healthcare company, so basics are important, like TB test results. Well let’s say that the people deciding if the result was negative or positive were “novices” who were risk averse and saying “positive” to anything that came back with a red mark. I understand, new at their career, they don’t want to give a false negative that could come back and hurt them, but jeez, some things are just plain negative. An enduration lump size of a coin must be present for a result to be “positive.” Well at least one of those people had no signs of that, yet they got a positive read. They were having a cow, and upset cause they had to pay out of pocket. Well I carried on, came back for my read, boom! Positive read, what the! No enduration, no lump, some redness, the area didnt even look like a bug bite. The employee also started asking more questions, like: “were you born outside of the US,” which I was. This I take it helped her justify her inclination to deliver a positive read. Anyhow, good thing I didn’t pay out of pocket like the other person who i witnessed, so I just left slightly miffed, no cow here, but I did get on the phone to arrange a blood TB test and chest X-rays. This meant getting an order form from my doctor, making appointments, going to the labs, etc. For the blood test, I had to go to Quest Diagnostics, which is horrible, but that’s another review, so I went to LabCorp, which I highly recommend, and for the chest X-ray I went to Exer Urgent care (you have to call in advance to make sure that they have the X-ray tech in). My insurance paid for the doctor consult for the order forms, the chest X-ray and the blood test. All three with $15 copay, $45 out of pocket, plus a whole lot of running around, calling, making appointments, driving, dealing with parking and at the same time managing my prospective employers expectations and interests so that they wouldn’t dismiss my application…all cause the tech at Wellness was too cautious.
****My X-rays are back, negative read, and the blood TB test also came back negative.****
Aaaaanyhow! Yeah, I understand, you prefer to be cautious and have someone else eliminate any possibility of TB presence, you should be able to do that just with the skin test result, but you don’t, and therefore your service is inadequate without proper significant improvement. This is a respectful review, written to give you the opportunity to improve so that you don’t negatively impact your customers’ time and opportunities.

I was in this location for a physical exam for employment. Gabe was the one who helped me out. He was very kind and accomodating. Everything went so smooothly and i didn’t have to wait for too long. I had a good experience in this location and i would be glad to come back here for future tests.

It's rare for me to leave a review but this one was very deserving. I had a very good experience at this location. The clinic was very clean and organized. Wait time was kept to a minimum. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. The tech Sydney went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and welcomed. She was very professional, efficient, and courteous. I recommend this location for anyone who needs to do pre employment screening. Thanks to Sydney for your kindness and excellent customer service.
