Stayed here recently during an event I attended in LA. Location of the property was easy to find and very safe. They have more parking in back and that felt very secure as well. If you are looking for somewhere to have a good nights sleep and a clean shower, this is the place. If you're looking for fancy, I'd search elsewhere. This did suit our needs, I will say though that the only real issue I had was that there was only 2 pillows on the bed. I am not used to this staying anywhere. I am sure I could have asked for another set but after walking all day, I was exhausted.

Stayed here for about 2 weeks last summer. Was the best priced place and it did the job. Im not too picky about hotels but some amenities were missing in my opinion but was overall a positive experience and I would stay here again.

We found bed bugs on edge of bed after finding one on the wall.... we ran out of the place not sure if we will get refund...

I travel frequently, so finding suitable lodging is extremely important to me. Welcome Inn exceeded my expectations. I can state now, I will be a frequent customer. The property looks like a charming village in Italy. It's quiet and well groomed. My room, again charming and very clean with everything working perfectly. The housekeeping staff does a wonderful job. I felt safe and had a wonderful and restful stay. I highly recommend Welcome Inn Hotel.

I'm usually not picky about hotel rooms but this place is a MESS. They're definitely not investing in keeping the rooms maintained. I wanted to watch TV but couldn't get the cable box working even after manually pressing buttons and trying to figure it out (the remote did nothing). Window blinds were broken so I had to manually close a bunch to make sure i had privacy. The shower head would leak water constantly even when I pressed the diverter valve to send water to the bottom faucet, plus there was no water stopper. This made taking a bath impossible. The hot water in the sink wasn't working until hours later when I figured out how to fix the valve under the sink. The fire detector wasn't on the wall where it should be. I found it later in the desk drawer without batteries, so couldn't fix that. They charge $5 PER DAY for parking, which is ridiculous since you can park on the side streets FOR FREE. There is no phone in the room so you have to walk down or use your cellphone to contact the office. And finally: the ice maker outside costs 25 cents to use and it doesn't even fill the entire bucket up. As far as room cleanliness, it was okay but not great. The area was quiet and the room was cheap but I've stayed in nicer rooms at the same rate with FREE PARKING.Rooms: They need lots of maintenance.

Definitely an example of getting what you pay for. There were stains on the bedsheets and shower curtain. Bugs crawling around the shower. The floor was obviously old and sank in throughout the entire room. Refrigerator had crusty spots in the bucket. Even after we wiped down the entire room there was no way i could stay. Left quickly and would never come again. Avoid at all costs.

Front desk always ready to help you out. We asked for room change, no problem at all. Easy parking. Okay rooms, they do the job. A bit far from downtown, 25min drive. But it worked for us.

A nice motel with plenty of parking, quiet, shaded, well taken care of, and comfortable. Located in a great area with plenty of restaurants, Trader Joe's and Sprouts in minutes. Great friendly customer service!Safety: Felt very safe.Walkability: Great for walking to nearby restaurants.Food & drinks: Lots of choices nearby.
