I simply love this place to get my fluff n fold done Right! Joyce, the counter specialist Is always on top of getting it done the same day. The place is always clean and I can tap my phone to load wash card credits.

The attendant on duty was sooo helpful. Helped me carry my laundry from my car and was very helpful throughout the entire experience. I didn’t ask his name but is a handsome guy with long dreads.

I have a washer and dryer at home and usually hate going to laundry houses but the vibe here makes me want to just come here to get all my laundry done in one full swoop. Super clean and very well lit! And equipment looks new. The service is beyond. Vaughn was super nice and knowledgeable on the washers. He helped me select best options for my down comforter and even helped recommend the number of pods I should use as I brought my own detergent. Did I mention the place is super clean and very well lit and gives a modern wash house environment. I also felt safe as some laundry places around town can be a bit dicey.

I’ve been coming to this laundromat off and on for about 4 years. Great staff , clean space, great machines. Refuse to go anywhere else.

One of the better laundry in Hollywood area. I got a bit of a tip get one of the cards instead of using your credit card because it takes $20 off. So just go to the machine and put in some cash and get one of the cards. I don't think I have any pictures

VAUGHN offers the best customer service in Hollywood! I had some issues with payment at first bc I was expecting coin laundry so I showed up w/quarters, which this place doesn’t take. But the good news is you can load cash onto a card for a one time fee of a $, and then reload the card with no charge after that! I will definitely be back. It’s a nice facility with a good location with access to things to do while you’re waiting like eat at the taqueria across the street, walk to target, or get a massage next door! :)

Joyce waited on me with a pleasant and professional demeanor. She came across as bubbly, salubrious, and someone who works well with others. Joyce appears to have a great attitude and enjoys what she does. I will return to the Wash on Western for all my laundry needs.
