Worst Walgreens experience I’ve ever had. I would recommend you go out of your way to a different one than come to this one if it’s closest. Such poor poor poor service and quality. Rude manager and broken printers

My experience with the manager at Walgreens was nothing short of a nightmare. This particular individual, a big man with glasses and dark, curvy, long hair, displayed a shocking lack of professionalism and customer service skills.I was attempting to return an online order, and despite explaining that I had a purchase confirmation email with an order number and a QR code, he insisted on seeing a physical receipt. This requirement made no sense given the circumstances, as online orders often do not come with traditional paper receipts.Instead of assisting me in a courteous and helpful manner, he had me wait for a torturous 10 minutes while he seemingly made up his mind about whether he could be bothered to check the order on his system. This wait time was not only frustrating but also entirely unnecessary.To add insult to injury, this manager proceeded to question why I wanted to return my purchase. It's none of his business, and his invasive inquiries only added to my discomfort and irritation.It's appalling that someone with such poor customer service skills is in a management position.I left Walgreens feeling humiliated, frustrated, and utterly disrespected. I will never set foot in that store again if I can help it, and I strongly advise others to steer clear of this location as well. If this is how Walgreens treats its customers, I want no part of it. I sincerely hope Walgreens takes customer feedback seriously and addresses the glaring issues with their management at this location. Customers deserve better treatment than what I received.

I'm literally sitting here in the store as I'm typing this review and boy am I heated. I came here to pick up some prints and it was oddly slow when I arrived so I thought it'd be an in and out type of deal. As I was at the photo counter, the Latina woman by the name of Angela was giving me a very hard time stating that the prints aren't ready and it'll take longer since I also ordered posters on top of the regular small prints. I said-- ok, no problem. I then asked her approximately how long and she said an hour. Mind you, my order online according to the Walgreens website says I maybe had 28mins left of a wait. Also, there was probably 3 customers total in the shop. Instead of going back & forth and wasting time, she could've just finished my order right then and there. But totally fine. Out of my control. Well, I gave her a few more minutes and started shopping in other aisles within the store to burn time--went back to the photo counter and she wasn't there. I had to find another employee for help and was told that Angela went to lunch. Well that's convenient! I then had to wait 15 more mins and then that's when she decided to work on my order. But wait, the job was still incomplete as they lost 1 out of 3 of my orders...... OF COURSE!So, it is currently 1pm and I AM JUST NOW LEAVING after having to RE-SUBMIT my order. Now, I will be late to my meeting. This has to be the absolute worst experience ever-- just one simple task. No apology or accountability from Angela whatsoever, but my expectations were extremely low at that point and I was ready to go.Management, I kindly ask you to reach out to me as there are a few things I'd like to discuss, including overhearing Angela mumble rudely about me to another employee. Feel free to pull up video footage and spot me sitting at one of the kiosks at the photo section. I'll be looking forward to hearing from you.

This feedback is for the FedEx drop off service at Walgreens in Sawtelle.I dropped of an express FedEx package on a Tuesday. I kept track of it on my phone the next day and saw that it said "DELAYED". I went to the Walgreens the following Friday to see if someone could help me figure out why it was delayed (I had theory...) and to my non-surprise, the package was still there, sitting on the floor with the employee's hoodie on top of it like it was some table to be used.No wonder it didn't get picked up, with the pile of crap on top of it. If you have a FedEx package, please take it to an actual FedEx and not whatever this Walgreen's was running.

I'd give the pharmacy staff a 1000 stars! So pleasant and willing to assist. I drive out of my way to fill my prescriptions here. I take a lot of medication and need to have them filled. No one huffs at me on the phone. No rude service. ???????? thank you a million times.

I bought my items online and although I had my receipt that showed my proof of purchase, the return process was horrible. They did not honorthe store policy and instead of giving me cash or putting it back on my card they gave me a gift card. I avoid this place at all costs and would only use in an emergency if the Trader Joes next door to it doesn't have what I need during my shopping trip.

The review here is for the pharmacy. If you want to get vaccinations here, don't bother making a reservation. I have done both: made reservations online and also a walked in. Regardless of the reservations, I waited 30+ minutes to be seen. It is not frustrating to wait 30+ minutes when you walk in but with a reservation, you expect to be seen a bit earlier. The gentleman at the window also did not exhibit any form of customer service. Asked me to fill out a form, then took it, and walked away, not letting me know to wait at the window or wait at a seat. He took quite some time to come back with a receipt. I am NOT asking for over the top customer service...just wanting simple communication in a somewhat timely manner.The unfortunate part is that I will have to use this pharmacy again as the location is most convenient. Good thing I don't have to use the pharmacy all the time.

I don't know why this pharmacy has such terrible reviews. Yes, sometimes there is a line like many other pharmacies I have been to but the staff is no-nonsense friendly, helpful, and in my abundant experience, work hard to get us out the door. They have a tough job working with the general, highly probable ailing public as this kind of work requires patience and empathy. Don't blame the pharmacy. The people here are great. This location is especially nice because you can go to Trader Joe's to do some grocery shopping while you wait. In my frequent experience, the line has had 3-5 people ahead of me MAX. Of course it will be on the busier side if you go during rush hours (I.e. after work).. I got my Covid shot as a walk in here and there was no wait. Only one person in line after me. Just go, it's a pharmacy.

No matter the time of day, the line for the Pharmacy here takes 45-60 minutes, just to check in. Even if there is no line, If you can believe that. Even if you've made a vaccine appointment for a particular time.The best part is that everyone working behind the counter ignores the clientele, doing oddly silent work on computers without making eye contact and, today, spending 10 min on the phone with another Walgreens employee speaking about shift hours for upcoming weeks. While I stood in line, by myself, waiting. Staff seem incompetent and annoyed. I'd literally go anywhere else in the world if this weren't the closest pharmacy to my home. Save yourselves.

15 people in line at the pharmacy. 2 hour wait this am for a call with only 3 people in the Q. The pharmacists are very nice. This place is extremely understaffed! I watched 5 people leave line. Hire more staff I feel so bad for the nice but extremely overwhelmed people struggling to handle a ton of people. Management please fix this!
