Rude and disgusting staff. The short lady up front asked me if I wanted a bag, I say yes. My total is $18.90, I give $20.I get my change and notice she gave me just a dollar. I told her it's supposed to be $1.10, then she snatches my receipt out my hand (not gonna lie, that instanlty pissed me off) and she points our the bag is 10 cent. I told her, next time, let people know that instead of assuming they do.
The other lady at the pharmacy literally handed me my prescription while munching on a cookie in the same hand and, then taking a sip of her drink at the counter. Food should be eaten at lunch, not at the counter, and ESPECIALLY not at a pharmacy counter. Disgusting and unprofessional. Definitely not coming back here.

Unfriendly employees and even the director of the store, could not answer the question and when asked for help in finding goods - refused to help, motivated by the fact that they are not paid for it. The impression of the store is the worst , will not come back . 10/9/2024

A bunch of Adults acting like overgrown teenagers, gossiping & walking directly in front of you, without saying excuse me or if I needed help. I reached for a bottle of body wash & the lady rudely said, “ I’ll take it to the front for you! “ yeah, that’s the last time I come to this ghetto Walgreens. Looks like an establishment where everyone is in each others business & playing games. Just go to the next nearest Walgreens, because this one is the most unprofessional & immature Walgreens I’ve ever been to.

This pharmacy technicians do not know how to do their job. I waited 3 weeks for one of them to tell me honestly that my prescription was ready after it had been waiting for 3 weeks and anytime I went in they said I couldn't get it because they didn't have it. Every phone call they lied to me. When I went in they lied to me. When I called just now I was told that they weren't going to order the rest of the prescription nor were they going to send it back to me despite that my insurance has paid them already

Everytime I come there's a long line waiting too get a prescription and 20 minutes for each person in line been here almost half a hour an 4 in line it's always like this.

Bad customer service. staff undertrained n management is condescending when helping me out. Otherwise really hope they get some training cause I like the location. Looking at reviews for this location shows history of bad management.

I been there three times and all three times had to leave because there is to many people on line to pick up prescriptions at the pharmacy, the person there seems to be upset for the job he is doing, I herd two customers asking something and the way he answers is not so good at all, I ask another person from the store about more people to assist in the Pharmacy and she said I'm sorry we are only three people right now.The service at the pharmacy last years was excellent, but now is horrible.This is my personal opinion, we as customers are not responsible if the employee is not happy working there, maybe Walgreens needs to pay little more attention on the people they hire.
