Few times I found this location understocked HOWEVER the shop assistand where always super helpful and accomodating with finding replacements and such!
Given the touristy location od this Walgreens it's especailly nice surpise to see such attendive customer service.
Big shout for Khalil at this location! Great customer support that really stands out!

Super rude and unprofessional red haired older woman working there - i walked in and asked how to get to Sephora (Sign outside attached to Walgreens sign) as obviously sometimes there’s an escalator inside the lower level stores and I couldn’t see another entrance.
She greeted me and when I asked she said in the most sarcastic tone in front of her coworker “Uhhh up the stairs? Then there’s an entrance?” then as I walked out she went silent then I heard her making rude comments to her employee about how “It’s a different store” - Omg so sorry we don’t all know the ropes of Hollywood Walgreens, must be a super special one to work at ?

Fantastic employees who are pleasant to talk too and I think an amazing selection considering it is smaller - good for a tourist looking for a quick snack, souvenir or help.

This Walgreens has a serious issue with their security. I was standing on the sidewalk for roughly 5 minutes. I was looking on my phone for a place to buy clothes for a premiere & they come to tell me I have to leave. I don't know why they have issues with me minding my business outside in public, but I live right down the street & will be telling everybody in the neighborhood how this establishment treats people.

The prices are higher 2o 3 dlls more than any regular Walgreens just because it is on a tourist zone also it has just few items not everything that a regular store has so save some dlls and go to other store

]PART 2 OF 2]5. He checked me out at 11:57pm. They close at 12a.m. Upon my arrival at 11:50pm was making a false announcement on the intercom as he stood at register; saying they're closing in 5 minutes. That would make it 11:55pm closing. As soon as he say the phone down and I told him nobody can understand his distorted unclear rumbling choice of speaking, he lied to me and said they close in 3 minutes. I walked away ignoring his dishonesty and ignorance. And again, mind you, I left at 11:57pm, after finding 3 of the items that I came for.###These employees should NOT have been hired, and need immense mental help along with the blind deaf delusional mor*n(s) who hired them.This store will now be reported to the corporate office.

Your landlords have created a horrible shopping experience at this Walgreens location. I parked, got validation from your store, was there for approximately 30 mins, and incurred a $20 parking fee for my visit. Avoid this place at all costs, or be prepared to bend over for them. The business card attached here is the witch in charge of this facility and there shameful policies if you would like to contact her yourself.

Insulting. So many good things to say and have given my store feedback many times praising them. But also so much passive-aggressive behavior that entails looking at my body parts, as if? I confronted them once and reported a prior incident. The behavior is beneath me but deserves the attention of customer feedback and reviews. I pay to live in a highrise in this neighborhood, but even if I didn't, this is unacceptable taunting behavior. I won't confront each time this happens I'll just continue giving 1 star reviews.

I placed a large photo order and Lead Manager, Daniquete stayed after hours to complete my order. I am very happy with the service and kind personality! Really made my 1-hour photo experience very enjoyable. :)
