Today around 4pm, my doctor across the street from this pharmacy prescribed me a simple medication to be picked up at this pharmacy and when I arrived 10 minutes later to present my ID and insurance card. The tall guy (looks Armenian) doesnt greet nor smile, looked at me and held on to my ID and insurance card for almost 10 minutes only to come back to tell me that they had a glitch in their computer system and my prescription has been sent to their resolution center to resolve before I could pickup my prescription. Ask how long is the wait, he doesnt know. Meantime there is a fat hispanic worker next to him playing with his cell phone.Really? They think this is the only pharmacy? Was there a glitch?Do I care about your resolution center? I immediately left and picked up my meds at another pharmacy half mile away.YOU GUYS ARE A JOKE. A TOTAL FAILURE. Never ever would even use this pharmacy again.

Would give zero stars if I could. Booked a vaccine appointment online weeks in advance - showed up and they hadn’t even ordered the vaccine

Very bad service. Don’t come here for your prescriptions if you don’t want to waste your time dealing with someone who doesn’t want to help and work in here.Spent an hour trying to pick up my prescription for third time. Very frustrating.

I am not familiar with the medicine written by him. My daughter was not feeling well, and the doctor prescribed me to buy medicine. Thankfully, the pharmacist from this drug store helped me with it. She was very knowledgeable and prompt. I am grateful for the great service. Keep it up!

When you want to know about a specific product, they are particularly helpful. The people in this drug store have been very praiseworthy. They had amazing service and an affordable rate. Keep this one up!

The pharmacy is reliable but the staff that help the customers need customer-service training. Some are polite; others not at all polite. A few days ago I went to pick up a prescription; the staff person did not speak at all to greet me; she merely raised an eyebrow to signal to me that I may approach her as she deigned to process my request.
