Very bade and rude customer service... one lady named call Kelly.. she is very rude and no customer service... no smile shouting to customers.. I think she need a training for customer service.. pharmacy workers are very good.. they are very nice and helpful...

Worst customer service ever. Waited 20 minutes to buy an item so they can come and unlock it for me. First i asked a girl, she asked someone who ignored her so then i went and asked Charles at cashier, he came with wrong key and left without saying nothing. Then i waited at aisle another 5 minutes and no-one coming back so i found out he is back in cashier and no-one is coming back with a key. So i left . Ridiculous how they get away working like this.

Absolutely deplorable, filthy & disgusting + subhuman customer service & intense & grotesque abuse from ALL employees particularly the pharmacy! Never again! Very unprofessional & I have been waiting 9 days for a medication I need for life saving reasons while the dilly-dally & talk in all their foreign languages & they also make homophobic & anti-Semitic remarks & I am definitely not gay so I am baffled!

Been coming to this pharmacy over a year and the latest experience was so beyond frustrating that it's time to go elsewhere.Told insurance won't cover medication the spouse had been on for years. Called insurance up. They say there's no issue on their end. Go back into Walgreens and it's like they're trying to ignore me until I just leave? I'm not even sure what's going on at this point - the employee working on the pharmacy might be new as I do not recognize her, but she clearly couldn't care less about her job here. I don't expect to see her month if we do decide to stick with this pharmacy.

For the Hollywood area, this is my favorite location. Not a very large location but they always seem to have everything I need! The team encourages customer stories mobile app to save money and who doesn't like that! The team appears to be mostly women but they are knowledgeable! RX team works hard and I know this isn't an easy business but they know me by name and I always leave them receipt reviews to make sure they get recognized.

Been standing in line at the pharmacy for about 20 minutes. There's no one else in line. they see me here. I can see them look up and looking at me. Yet not one person asked if I needed help. Wait for another five minutes and finally was able to pick up my medication. Oh and if you want them to transfer your script to a diffrent Pharmacy, just call your doctor and ask them to fax over your prescription to the new pharmacy. They're totally difficult to work with and they'll ask you to call the other pharmacy to do the transfer. But the other pharmacy also has a hard time working with them so it just goes around in circles. Don't waste your time here

Was walking across the store to the Pharmacy, security guard standing in front of the Pharmacy line (with one person in line) spots me and says the Pharmacy is closed. I look at my watch and it's 6:59pm. Granted, showing up that late is not ideal. But come on, at least stay open until your sign says you're closed (7pm). Not to mention, a few days before I had requested a refill through the pharmacy, to which they said my doctor denied the refill. Only to visit the doctor 3 days later and have them tell me that they were never contacted by the Pharmacy, and would have been happy to refill it for them... during other visits, I routinely wait in line for over 10-15 minutes for a prescription pick-up, while they chat it up or while the one pharmacist is on the phone.... Just overall unpleasant experiences. Seems like no one wants to be there.

We had a beautiful experience the this Walgreen’s today with the associate named Jason.Was shopping with my 9 year old son and showing him how to compare prices. He picked his candy and when we got to the register Jason took the time to tell him about a deal and let him decide. Jason took the time to talk to my son, look him in the eye (so rare these days) and then offered him a coupon.Thank you Jason for taking the time to show a young person they matter and so does kindness. Pass it on!

Let’s be honest, I’m a business owner myself and to come in and to see workers on their phone, laughing ignoring customers while they getting rang up they would all be fired . Horrible customer service especially the Lighter skin girl black girl skinny with curly hair. This is not high school you came here to work

Sign posted that lunch is taken until 2pm. Currently in a line of 13 people at 2:15 and no one here here. Absolutely will stop using Walgreens pharmacy. Have had these experiences with Walgreens in Hollywood. Complete mess! Walgreens should address this.
