I scheduled an appointment for a COVID booster online but nowhere online showed that a COVID booster was no longer available at this location. I even received a confirmation email and a reminder email. When I checked in, the lady told me they no longer do COVID shots and said the email suggested I call the store first. Nowhere on the confirmation email suggested a confirmation call before the appointment either. The lady was not being helpful at all. If i could give no star i would.

My experience here at Walgreens has been less than spectacular! All I wanted was to p/u $ that was transferred to me. After miscommunication from staff Rudeness from staff And just lack of care I finally received my $ I spoke with a team lead and expressed how badly this srore seems yo be run. Yes. I understand the location, but it's obvious that there is lack of effective management here. I encountered a computer that did not work and a help button that does nothing.

Came in a little before 7pm. Waited for almost 20 minutes for someone to open the skin care locked items. Nobody ever showed up. When I finally went to the front to ask the cashier if she had the keys, she looked annoyed and went to open it and just walked away to the back. She was on her phone the whole time complaining about not wanting to stay past 8. Short, Hispanic woman. The guard was cool though.

The night of January 29, 2024, an associate was helping someone even though he had helped the guy for several minutes. With not just me needing to check out, but two folks behind me.Perhaps these guys need to learn the importance of taking turns.He also cut me off before I finished talking.

Not much help around and the employee at the front could use some customer service training but I got what came for. Also returned some things and it was quick and easy

The cashiers here are so lazy they can’t even bother to stand up at the register. They’re literally accepting the trash from the street to work here. Ask for help and no one is around. At this point you might as well get rid of all these employees. The heavy set Latino man with shoulder length hair & the skinny latino man with short hair that comes down to his eyes - they both need to be let go. Hire people that actually want to work
