Unfortunately this is the closest pharmacy I'm able to go to since my insurance switched. I've been getting my regular prescription filled here for a couple years now and I would be SHOCKED if they could manage to fill it a single time and not mess it up or delay it somehow. Not to mention the wait time and unfriendly staff. I can't wait to not have to go here anymore.

The slowest pharmacy west of the Mississippi River full of even slower workers. Have you ever had a desire to feel like you’re waiting in purgatory? If so this pharmacy is the place for you! You will question your sanity as you’re placed on hold and they will hang up on you at least once while trying to get through.

Absolutely the worst. The pharmacy filled my son's prescription for his epi-pen even though they don't have it in stock. A rude person who said her name was Carol would not help resolve the issue or take any responsibility for the store's error. I see why this ratings is so low and I would never use this pharmacy for anything in the future. Terrible, inept and useless.

Only person who tskr care thing is one asian lady other assistants all brainless even work on PC fill up information is so slow unconscious they dont have no idea whats going on if you ask something Dont do same mistake like me dont go there switch pharmacy

Poor communication…I have been trying to call by phone….its been 5 times that someone just picks the phone up and immediately places the phone down. On the 6th time, someone quickly comes on to say, “Pharmacy can you hold” without waiting for a response and puts me on hold.I tried to have a CVS pharmacy acquire a prescription via a transfer. When the CVS pharmacist called, the Walgreen’s pharmacist would not release my prescription to them. Less than acceptable business practices.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Spoke with 4 different people and was told my prescription should be ready. I get here and the guy tells me it’s too early, when I call later they tell me I could have picked it up and he was mistaken. Everyone is unhelpful, and does not listen. No one had the same answer and now I’ve been without meds for 3 days.

This Walgreens is a mess. The pharmacy is in chaos. I've tried to fill two prescriptions here, each time they cancelled the order with no explanation and without telling me. When I asked what happened they said I didn't pick up. Which is a total bold faced lie, because I just put in the order two days prior. My recommendation is to never use this pharmacy. They are understaffed, over worked and clearly do not have the support they need. If you need your prescription I suggest another pharmacy. It's too bad, this is the closest pharmacy to me. It's not worth the panic attack if finding out your prescription was cancelled and you are leaving on a week long business trip. Go somewhere else for good service.

The slowest pharmacy I have been too. It’s been over an hour and they haven’t gotten through 5 people picking up scripts. The line is almost at the front door from the pharmacy pick up counter.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Not only did they not care enough to fill my prescription in a timely manner, 2 days later after calling to check the status several times, they still had not filled it. I went to the drive through to ask them what was going on while on hold waiting for someone there to pick up the phone. I was literally watching the girl working there ignore the phone while it rang for over fifteen minutes. So I hung up. Finally when she came to the window I gave her my name, she walked away, 20 minutes later she comes back with my prescription which she clearly had filled just then. I get home and it's not what the doctor prescribed. She gave me some liquid solution when the script said GEL. (I double confirmed with the doctor, so it was definitely wrong.)This place should be shut down. I am so angry that not only did I wait 2 days for my script to get filled but it was wrong when I finally got it. These people are supposed to play a role in healthcare?? What a joke. They are lazy and incompetent.Go else where to get your medications. Avoid this pharmacy if you care about your health.

This is the worst location in Los Angeles. Pharmacy line is always long with only 1 window open and that is shared with the drive-thru. Do not make vaccine appointments here. They run at least an hour behind and act like they can't see the line of people waiting. And the worst customer service ever!
