This is the worst pharmacy in California. If you’re looking for friendly competent service this is not the pharmacy to use. My doctor sent my medicine over to be filled and I was given the run around then the pharmacist Nick says I’m not filling your prescription because he feels like I shouldn’t be on this medicine although MY DOCTOR prescribed it for me to take and I’ve been on the medicine for 5 years. Nick then makes me change my dosage, then says we only fill this medicine with insurance you can’t pay out of pocket for this medicine. So my insurance kicks in to pay for the medication, then I get a message they are out of the medication, I call to complain about and let the pharmacy know I’ve been without my medication for 3 weeks. Then they say we can give you a partial refill and we don’t know when the medication will be back in stock. ??♀️??♀️??♀️I encourage everyone using this pharmacy to file a complaint if you’re having an issue. RUN FROM THIS PHARMACY THEY DONT CARE ABOUT PATIENT

Leslie is great, if you call and she answers the phone, she will check for you and get back to you with anything your looking for, I appreciate her hard work, I hope she gets a promotion.

They didn't let me pick up my online order because the photo section is closed ? what a joke. Worst Walgreens in the area, any other pharmacy around is better than this place. Don't waste your time like I did.

I witnessed the young man working in the photo both insult two different senior citizen customers. He did it with confidence and a smiles which means he's probably done it in the past. He was very confrontational. The young man should have been fired on the spot.

Tried to call in for some help with prescriptions i had to wait on hold fir 15 minutes and when a lady finally aswers i explained what info i needed she says please hold and then hangs up on me. I thought surely it was an accident so i called back waited on hold again for 20 minutes only to have the same lady finally answer and hang up on me again. Then i read the reviews online and saw this pharmacy hangs up on everyone who calls in. Wow i cant believe how bad the reviews are and walgreens is just letting them keep hanging up on customers who need important info about prescriptions

Photo department is horrible. Don't bother purchasing online pickup thinking that's going to save you time, because it's not. Do yourself a favor and go to another Walgreens.

Zero stars, everyone who works here is bitter and hates their life! so they pick and choose when to close up departments rather than follow a real set time schedule. I wonder how many people miss their medication from these lousy good for nothing employees.

I've been calling the pharmacy for 2 hours and it keeps hanging up on me. Tried talking to the regular staff and every second it keeps saying staff are busy with calls. Worst experience I've had! I called again and they finally answered, their system was down and right when I was gonna ask another question this woman hung up on me.

I want to start this by saying I don’t do reviews often. I leave a review if the customer service is exceptionally well, or horrible. Sadly in this case, it is horrible. Trying to get them on the phone is a mission. I call, wait they and answer and hang up. They did that 4 times in a row. Then on the 5th call, they answer. Left the phone sitting for a few minutes and then hung up. I don’t know if they were waiting for me to hang up first? They let me sit for 5 minutes without acknowledging me on the phone and then hung up. Terrible. If you are busy, say that. If you need me to call back at a later time, say that. If you’re on break, say that. To hang up in a customers face 5 times is terrible. If you don’t like your job, work somewhere else. Give the position to someone who’s actually going to do it and respect their position. Having that team as a representation of a business is a huge mistake.

The photo department is H O R R I B L E !There are never any staff available and you're always waiting. after waiting they act like it's an inconvenience when you ring the bell for help. They are very disorganized and can never find your order. Every time I go to pick up something I've ordered online, I have to wait until they can find someone to help them find my order? When I offer my order number they don't want it and then insist I couldn't have gotten a notice to pick up my order. The unprofessional attitude and the disorganization is unacceptable. Walgreens had to do better

there's a cashier who infuriates me every time i've come in to deposit cash.. customer service skills are poor, and girl clearly can't count cash very well. one of the times i came in, she literally made me count my cash and separate it into piles of $10 for her... just so she could then recount my piles of $10. don't think she realizes having me recount my money and separate it for her is 1. not my job and 2. makes absolutely no sense since she has to count it anyway!!!! plus she always complains bc it looks like a lot of money.. when it would take me less than 30 seconds to count it. i now drive completely out of my way to go to the other walgreens bc i can't stand her.
