I live nearby and shop at this Walgreens from time to time. Recently I spent 3 hours at an emergency room and needed to stop by the pharmacy on my way home to pick up a prescription. This was the first time I attempted to use my bare minimum drug plan and, lo and behold, it didn't cover the cost of this particular pain relief gel. The pharmacist who helped me, Sosi, relayed the three options available. One was to pay full price, and one was to go to CVS (which probably would have covered most of the cost). The last option was for Sosi to find a coupon that would cover part of the cost, which is what she ended up doing. I saved about 75% thanks to her tenacity and patience. Obviously she was sensitive to the fact that I had come directly from an emergency room and was in pain. I'm grateful to her for going the extra mile to help me out.

I bring up a sale item to the cashier... it rings up full price... I tell the cashier this item is on sale.... he's this fat lazy guy with no name tag ... " uuummmmm I'm not sure " ... so then I say "you're not sure and you don't want to go check"... "uuummm I guess so".... I tell him just to remove it. What a lazy piece of garbage.

It's a small store. It has its own parking lot, but it's a bit cramped. But it has Great customer service! They are always attentive, helpful, professional & courteous. I've been using online ordering with "curbside" pickup. The staff is always accommodating & pleasant when there's an error with my order or a substitution that's not acceptable.

Pharmacy staff went above and beyond dealing with my RX challenges and were also very kind and friendly. I switched to CVS and it was night and day. The pharmacy staff here is stellar! They are also very respectful of people who are transgender which is lovely.

Please contact the patient if you are going to change a doctor's orders for amoxicillin. Charles Bhattaglia, Jr. fraudulently noted an allergy, wiping out penicillin class of antibiotics from my repertoire If Walgreen's had called me, I would explain that my prior PCP when I had good insurance advised me not to repeat what junior said because she doesn't believe I'm really allergic and it isn't wise to remove an entire class of antibiotics Walgreen's claim they're protecting the patient. A week on clindamycin and I'm coughing up green phlegm and so congested, I'm wondering about the prognosis of walking pneumonia One stars is that the staff are kind and helpful, they have their processes, but they really should contact the patient anytime they make the executive decision to deviate from a doctors orders. One star for the elderly proof caps where children accessing are not a concern Can't give them more because if they mailed my high dose 225 mg venlefaxine the VA psychiatrist prescribed (not a vet just phished by one on psychology today) to titrate, could have avoided an Adventist encounter in February 2022. Wasn't a controlled substance so no excuse why it couldn't be mailed Couldn't drive since DMV wasn't sending my expired tags or a valid drivers license. For over first quarter 2022They only have Pfizer booster shots, not sure why I have to go to Monrovia if I want Moderna, but the antibodies wane in 4-6 months I read, so Pfizer increasing the shots my quadruple when the government helped them get emergency use is morally wrong. There are no ethics as my healthcare is concerned anywayExpecting haters to think this review is funny. People enjoy hurting me intentionally. Major schadenfreude. Enjoy sipping on your haterade

I visited Walgreens out of convenience to get some contact solution. It's located across from the Starbucks on Colorado.Navigating the inside was alright, and it was pretty quiet at 11am on a weekend morning. I went to the cashier to pay, and the employees ended up chatting for 3-4 minutes before helping me out. The cashier also made awkward small talk with me, and the best part was leaving.

At 10:40 AM on July 9, 2022 I called the pharmacy and was left on hold for 13 minutes (I saw the time elapsed on my phone). When the phone finally rang that insistent ring it does when the system recognizes that someone has been on hold for too long, someone allowed it to ring 20 or so times before hanging up without answering. I then called back and once again my call was not answered. I don't mind being on hold for a while; sometimes things get busy. But outright hanging up on someone is incredibly rude. This is not the first weird interaction I've had with staff at this Walgreen's. It should be noted that some of the staff are lovely; for example, the petite lady with the salt and pepper bob and glasses. But others on staff clearly need increased training (and possibly oversight) on customer interaction. At any rate, I'm headed to Rite Aid.

The pharmacy here is really inadequate. More often than not my Rx is not in stock and the automated system always says it will be restocked and ready to fill "tomorrow" when in actuality the Rx inventory is not restocked until the Friday of each week. That is frustrating enough but then I have also experienced on numerous occasions that the Rx inventory is not filled on the Friday of that week or even more annoying, they will call to say the shipment has been delayed until the following Friday and then call again in the afternoon to say that my Rx has actually been filled days prior and is waiting for pickup. They really need to get it together over there.

We made an appointment for a Covid test and received a confirmation number. My husband shows up for his appointment time with confirmation number in hand and the woman at the window says they cannot find his appointment. Since they cannot find it, they will not do his Covid test. Terrible system and terrible customer service because they dismissed him without offering any other solution.

So upset I've been trying so hard to get the Nightmare before Christmas squishmallows I talked to a worker who said come Saturday around 10-12 they'll be here I came at 9 and waited later they told me they didn't get them and didn't know why he would tel me that but then told me that mini version would be out at 3 and to come back then well I showed up at 3:05 and they had been put out earlier than 3 therefore had been already sold out I'm crushed I tried so hard and all the communication I was given was wrong so I guess they really shouldn't give out information to people if they don't know 100% and a limit on popular items would be nice

I had a really bad experience here at the pharmacy. I left my Doctors office anxious to pick up my prescription. The pharmacist told me to wait and they will have to check if they have the prescription and will have to call my doctor. She went in the back area and I sat and waiting for over an hour. Eventually I waited again in line and said I'm not sure what I'm waiting for, it's been over an hour. A different (male) pharmacist barked back at me that they called my doctor and they didn't answer. I'm a calm, kind person. I've never written a negative review, and I know this doesn't solve anything. I know the pharmacists are busy as f there.. but the way that guy talked to me after waiting for so long because of a mistake they made really hurt. He doesn't know what's going on for me not having my medication, that I took work off for, and I waited patiently for. He ended up giving me back the prescription and I have to take it somewhere else tomorrow, hopefully will be able to receive the prescription in time after work. I always went to Walgreens as My pharmacy, but I think it's time for me to go elsewhere.
